Watch whales (in season) and turtles feeding on the snorkeling reef from the private lanai.

The Royal Mauian was built on a lava flow with long sandy beaches on each side. These are 2 of Maui's most beautiful beaches, Kamaole I and II. A one minute walk from our Unit to either beach or to the fresh water pool.

Furnished with upgraded amenities not usually found in a rental unit. We renovated and furnished our unit for our families enjoyment. It is decorated in Tropical Island Style. Kitchen features maple cabinetry and granite counters, as do the bathrooms. a 32' LCD TV in the master bedroom. NEW 50' TV in Living Room. The condo can accommodate 5 persons nicely with NEW (12/23) queen sofa bed in living room.

Tropical furnishings and art make this Unit as memorable as your Maui vacation. Children will love the large container of sand toys and beach equipment, including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach mats, ice chests and terry cloth covers for the pool lounges. . . You will also find games, puzzles and a collection of our grandson's favorite videos, plus 3 sets of Binoculars for lanai viewing.

You will find spices in the cupboards, Irish crystal wine glasses, Mr. Coffee, waffle iron, coffee grinder, toaster, baking pans and dishes, mixer and blender to make your stay 'feel like home'.

Fall asleep listening to ocean sounds and watch the passing lights in the ocean view Master Suite. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets each night. The middle section location of our unit in the building allows a wide-angle view of the ocean's beauty. We want you to return again and again to enjoy 'Our Maui Paradise'.
We have "comfy" chairs on the lanai, to entice you to relax and enjoy, meals, cocktails, watching the turtles on the reef or just enjoying the ever changing scenes of the ocean in front. During whale season they will entertain you with their antics, and you might be lucky enough to experience a birthing on the reef. We have seen many through the years.

A unique feature is the Roof Garden, with 360 degree views, featuring gas BBQ, tables and a complete kitchen for evening dining. It is also available for private time during the day. A furnished picnic basket makes roof top dining easy.

We are very family friendly, and have a Pack 'N Play
for the comfort and safety of our toddler guests.

Fantastic communication with the host! Lucy is available to answer any questions. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job and keeps it well stocked. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, as well as some food left in the fridge/freezer and a plethora of fans (since no A/C). The rooftop grill area should be taken advantage of. It’s a very large space and well lit. We are very familiar with Kīhei and this location is perfect. You truly sleep to the sounds of the waves. But our favorite thing about the condo was the lanai. Anytime we were in the condo, that’s where we spent the majority of our time:)

What an amazing view to wake up to! Can’t beat the location. Has everything you need across the street and even more just a short walk away. Nice quiet beach on either side of the building. We did see turtles and whales jumping right from the lanai! We paid top dollar due to the time of year so we had high expectations of the place being a little nicer inside. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the place is a little tired and is in need of updates. The kitchen I would say had everything I needed but again all the cups and dishes and pots could use an upgrade. Time for new beds and linens/towels. But what an amazing view and great building. We didn’t use the rooftop area but it is a great spot. We missed not having AC but it wasn’t an issue once we got settled and got the windows opened which allowed for some air flow. I would stay here again, truly amazing view and a quiet building. I noticed on the last day that the house rules required us to contact the cleaner the day before we left to set up a cleaning for our departure the following day. I missed that detail and therefore did not do it. Unsure why that would be my job to set up cleaning. Not sure if that ended up a problem or not. Regardless, this is a a great spot and an awesome way to enjoy Maui.

This was our fifth time in Maui and the best one yet because this condo is truly special. The location is unbeatable — everything you need for breakfast or lunch is right across the road — but the real magic is the view. Waking up to the ocean, spending evenings on the lanai watching sunsets and sea turtles… absolutely breathtaking. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was soul-soothing.On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made our stay feel effortless. We will absolutely be back!

Great Vacation!

Our family of four has stayed at the Royal Mauian multiple times over the years. This is a well located unit with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Views of the sunset from the lanai are amazing. The hosts were great to deal with and very helpful. My husband was a little worried about no AC but with the nice ocean breeze and the fans we were very comfortable without it.

Beautiful views

The location was great, nestled between 2 beaches. Saw turtles swimming and sunbathing on the rocks every day, saw whales from the lanai, perfect sunset views. Enjoyed the evening breeze and listening to the ocean while we slept. Condo is a little on the small side, but honestly we didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring all the beauty of Maui during the day. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners communication was above and beyond expectations.

Fabulous (10 star) stay in Kihei

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was for our family's first visit to Maui. It was perfectly located for exploring the island. I loved the easy access to many beaches, and the snorkeling right in front of the condo was a major bonus! We took several snorkeling excursions while in Maui, but the snorkeling right in front of the condo was as good as those excursions! The scenery off of the condo balcony was incredible ... the sunsets .... the quiet of the morning, and especially loved seeing the many sea turtles. Now on to the condo itself - we all agreed that it was the most well stocked condo rental we have ever had. The owners really make it feel like home. We so appreciated them sharing their home with us. They were also readily available to answer any questions we had. The tips they shared about the local area were also incredibly helpful and recommendations were spot on! Thank you for making our Hawaii vacation so memorable! It is a long trip for us but really hope to make it back to Maui someday ... and this condo!

What a view!

This property is 100% ocean view, conveniently located in between Kam 1& Kam 2 beach parks. The condo has beach supplies including an umbrella. We walked to the beach easily and also also enjoyed the pool. Registration with the front desk was very easy, there was always parking available and you are in walking distance of many restaurants. We couldn’t believe how many sea turtles we saw from the condo. There was also one basking in the sun on the beach one day. They swim and linger by the rocks all along the area by the pool and down to the beach. The condo feels very homey and welcoming, we loved our time in Maui.

Perfect location!

This property is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the ocean and beaches right from the lanai. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and homey- it’s our second stay in the same unit and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Maui!

Seasoned Kehei family

Our family vacations in Kehei every couple of years. This is the first time we've been in this unit and it was wonderful. The views are fantastic and Lucy was wonderful to communicate with. It's not the nicest accommodations you can get but it's all about the view and convenient location. The Kamaole beaches are wonderful for sunning, swimming, and snorkeling. It's an affordable place with a million dollar view. We hope to come back!

Excellent Location

Excellent location, close to great swimming and snorkeling, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Health food store across the street had a great variety of foods. Unit had everything we needed. Awesome to go to sleep to the sound of the the surf, and we made sure we were on the lanai for every sunset.

Amazing location!!!

This condo was spectacular!! So comfortable, clean, and falling asleep listening to the waves was the best. Right in between Kam 1 and Kam 2...doesnt get much more convenient than that! We'd stay here again and again!!!

Good location

It’s close to the beach and the restaurants across the street are very good. The Maui fires occurred during our stay it would’ve been nice to have AC.

Amazing location

My family had a great time staying here for our vacation. The sunsets were amazing and every morning we drank coffee out on the lanai and watched the turtles. The beach and pool are right downstairs and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The host Lucy was also great and provided very useful tips and information about the area. We would definitely come back!

Family vacation/ 50th birthday

My family of 5 stayed at the RM. the location was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and beaches. Pool area was also east with access to showers and bathrooms. Sunset was beautiful. The space was a little dated but for the price it was perfect for our family.

Gorgeous view

The balcony is worth the price of admission! I spent so much time there relaxing and watching the sunset. Clean and well stocked. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The only drawback is a lack of air conditioning. It was fine while I was there but I think it could get quite hot in the summer.

My husband and I grew up in North Dakota and always knew there was a warmer place to spend the winters! We discovered Hawaii and Maui 40 years ago, and have been enjoying it ever since. We purchased #316 in 2000 and have had many weeks of wonderful family time in 'Our Maui Home'. Our 2 grandsons have grown up 'going to Maui' each summer with us. We live near San Francisco and highly recommend Maui for family vacations. The Royal Mauian has just the best location and it is not necessary to rent a car.

We went looking 'for the best' when our family made the decision to purchase a condo in Kihei. We found it, after looking at over 125 units
all over the Island of Maui. #316 at The Royal Mauian fit all our criteria, the biggest one being we had to SEE the ocean when we opened the front
door and had to HEAR the ocean sounds all night long! We spend hours on our lovely lanai, enjoying the view of 3 Islands.....and the turtles that feed on the reef entertain us during breakfast and each night at cocktail time. Our grandsons have grown up going to Maui each year, they enjoy
the independence of being able to 'walk' to the beach by themselves, or across the street for a shave ice or ice cream. The grocery story within easy walking is also enjoyed by Grandma! Daughter enjoys the expresso/coffee kiosk across the street and
Grandpa the great 'take out' close by. ABC Market is an easy 1 block walk and many food establishments within easy walking. Whalers General Store is also across the street.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our family loves the shopping center across the street and the ability to have both fine dining and fast food without getting in the car.
The 2 beaches on either side, with such easy access, were the final selling point. Being able to watch the famous Maui sunsets each evening
and the turtles feeding on the reef in front of the lanai each morning are extra benefits. The Airport is a 20 minute drive and wonderful golf courses are close by in Wailea. The Maui Bus stop is 1/4 block down the street. You can enjoy long walks on the beach going in either direction. Grocery shopping is easy with a natural foods store (Hawaiian Moon) across the street and ABC and Whalers too. We supply spices for your cooking pleasure in our completely furnished kitchen, you will find everything you need. Pots and pans, blender, mixer, baking sheets, waffle iron.....plenty of dishes and flat wear.
