Not the cleanest condo I have stayed at, I had to go buy a mop to clean floors , I don’t believe they were done prior to us arriving, our feet were black from walking on floor. Walks and doors very dirty, vents in bathrooms dirty. The beds were very squeaky in both bigger rooms Only 2 burners on stove worked , not enough dinning room chairs for our booking of 6., really not enough seating in living area also. We have stayed at silver beach before because it’s pet friendly and we love the beach and views , not sure I would book with this rental company again

My husband and I have been staying in that unit for YEARS/HATE NO TUB They updated after the hurricane. Wish they had left at lease one tub (for old people) HATEThe beds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Figuring out the TV operation must be for the very young. Never even got anything on in the bedroom. All that money they spent - could use new frig and stove. I have never written a negative before

Great view and location. No shade/umbrellas at pool, so we could not enjoy. Chairs on balcony and in dining room are not comfortable (need cushions). Fan in second bedroom could not be used without light on.

The location and views were amazing! The sliding glass doors had clearly recently been replaced so they opened and closed really easily and were stunning. The furnishings were stylish, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the living space. Also plenty of patio seating and loved having the wrap around patio.The complex itself was well-maintained and included numerous carts for loading and unloading. The trash areas were kept clean as well. The only negative is that the beds were not very comfortable.Overall, we loved the space and would definitely rent it again.

Spring Break Vacay

This property makes you feel almost as if you are on a cruise ship. The panoramic windows in the main living area provide a wonderful view of the sea. The property is pet friendly and we enjoyed having our two small dogs with us and chatting with the other guests with pets. We would stay again.

We love Silver Beach Condos they are always clean and in a very good location to everything! We like that there is a Wal*Mart Market across the street! We have stayed here many times!

2023 Vacation

Beautiful setting...(1) floor was dirty...(2) handle on one of the doors was broken....(3) but the biggest issue was the elavator...it was out-of service upon our arrival!!...and was never repaired during our stay! I'm partially disabled so we tried to find assistance to get me up the stairs... unfortunately no one was on site to assist me...with my wife's help I was able to get to our 3rd floor unit...thank goodnes I was not on the top floor! I left the unit only two times because of the difficulty getting up and down the stairs...I'm requesting an adjustment to our bill because of this elavator problem...

Condo is amazing but property is terrible

While the condo itself was beautiful and clean, the property is terrible!! The elevator didn’t work and we got stuck. There’s nobody there to clean the dog poo off the steps and the pool deck was being worked on so you couldn’t even use half the deck. Not to mention the pool was disgusting. I’m so disappointed at the amount of money I spent to stay here!

First Condo

Our first Condo stay. We were surprised at the amount of room we had. It was close to the beach and local shopping. The floors were swept but had an unusual black substance that colored our bare feet. I thought it unusual that the toilet paper and trash bags were rationed so strictly. Even cheap motels provide enough for the duration of ones stay. The rear balcony provided beautiful vistas onto the South beach and Gulf. Lovely pet friendly home. Will consider it again when we stay at Orange Beach.

Third stay in OBA in just over a year.

Wonderful location! Four things: not conducive for 6 adults because of extremely small 3rd bedroom without any storage (would be ok for 1-2 kids; did not have parking passes as promised but did not get any inquiry related to them; floor was gritty upon arrival (easy enough to sweep but it should have been done before our arrival); one of the balcony chairs was broken & unsafe to use - which we immediately took a picture of (again should have been found before our arrival). Would consider this place again though. Had to rate communication with property manager for this to go through. We did not communicate with the property manager about anything.

Southern Vacation was absolutely horrible to deal with.

Both showers had mold No hairdryer Silverfish Was told and paid for 3 (Yorkies) pets and last few days before the trip was told only 1 pet was allowed. I had no choice but to hire a dog sitter for the week to stay with my pets @ my home. SVR refused to refund my money. To fight with them and have Amex to dispute the charge me and my sister just came. Will NEVER USE SVR EVER AGAIN!!!TERRIBLE & were threatening if pets were found in our possession. Not sure the caliber of clients they are use to dealing with. My vacation was to be fun & stress free. Everything but. Plus the property had deferred maintenance. Not sure how my 3 littles could have been an issue. Sorry but you asked.

Amazing stay here!!

We had a great week at the beach with family, the weather was perfect and not to crowded for the restaurants! We love coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach each year! The only thing that we found wrong was we had to wash clothes to go with our towel so we had to buy some for the week! The lights are kinda tricky to learn to work but we finally figured it out! Would recommend this unit to anyone! We would stay here again if available next time!

Anniversary Trip

This was our first trip to Perdido Beach and we had a blast. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach access is perfect! We met so many families that have been coming to Silver Beach Condos for years and we really enjoyed the family atmosphere. We received a tip to try a restaurant in Bon Scour - Tin Top - it was the best food we had the entire trip! A short 25 min drive. We will be back.
