"Welcome to Romar House in stunning Orange Beach, Alabama! Nestled within an exclusive gated complex, this property offers a prime location close to all the wonderful attractions in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Inside, you'll discover a spacious floor plan with three generously sized bedrooms, a delightful balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, and ample seating and dining space for the whole family. Recently renovated in November 2021, the property boasts upgrades, including granite countertops, new living room and bar furniture, refreshed mattresses and bedding in both guest rooms, new lighting, and a 55" TV.

Please note: any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two-month) minimum. Reservations not meeting this criteria may face cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with a minimum stay of three or seven nights based on unit specifications.

Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates.

PARKING: You may purchase 2 parking passes for this property

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required; the first one is included in the reservation. An additional parking pass costs $60. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' consisting of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older and provide a Photo ID at check-in. No Smoking is allowed. Dogs are welcome with a $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

The coffee table was broken, a cabinet was broken, the floors were so nasty that our feet were sticky and black and we had to wear shoes inside. There was mold issues. We were very disappointed to get this kind of property considering the pictures look good. I would not stay here again.

We loved being on beach side and also having our dog with us. There were a list of things wrong with the place:1) apparently someone before us had broken a glass. Our puppy was chewing on something and we realized it was a piece of broken glass. We immediately got it out of her mouth but it could have been a serious situation. 2) coffee table leg was broken 3) Extra blanket had huge stain on it, I washed it and it did come clean4) some electrical outlets didnā€™t work 5) Stove was either red hot it not much heat at all6)Closet doors in two rooms were off track and wouldnā€™t close.

Location is great. The condo is very spacious. The rooms are very nicely sized. The two additional rooms have sinks in them, which is nice and they share a full bathroom. The master is very big and it also has two sinks with one of the sinks being separate from the area that has the shower, toilet and additional sink. The condo itself is in desperate need of updating. The cleanliness of the unit wasnā€™t that great, but it was not by any means filthy. We did have to wash the dishes as we used them out out of the cabinets because when we arrived, the dishwasher did not work, but the dishes had been unloaded from it and put away dirty in the cabinets. We reported it immediately and weā€™re given the go ahead to throw the breaker on the dishwasher to see if it cleared the error which it did and we were able to use the dishwasher successfully for the rest of our trip. A little Tilex spray would go along way in getting rid of the moldy grout in the showers. Several of the doors need to be replaced and the metal on the sliding closet doors is rusted so several of them are not usable. Again, given a little bit of TLC this place would be phenomenal.

Great condo in perfect location

Great accommodations!! Kitchen is well stocked, clean comfortable bedrooms in a perfect location. Our kids loved the 2 pools and easy walk down to the beach. Great location with tons of restaurants, shopping, and fishing nearby.

The property is very nice. The unit 903a was also nice. I would recommend that the floor be power washed. Our feet were black just walking across it. Although functional, it can use some TLC- doors where the wood is split at the bottom - and updating especially the bathrooms.

Great spot. With dogs our choices are a bit limited but this was a very homey place close to everything. Great beach views. Large patio. We will be back.

The property itself was wonderful and Iā€™d actually love to stay again in the same condo! My only comment would be that the condo itself is showing its age. Some things are broken and old looking. But itā€™s a great area with a beautiful view and a wonderful space for a large family!

Great time had by all!

We had an amazing time at our stay at Romar House in OB! The unit was more spacious than others 8 have visited, well stocked with all essentials, beautiful view, and comfortable beds. We had so much fun and will definitely go back again and request this unit.

4th of July vacay

We enjoyed the pet friendly condo and pet grounds. The pool is great,being shaded a lot and the covered island for sitting. The other pool/lap pool is never crowded. We will stay there again.

This property has incredible views of the beach. It is also pet friendly with a clean place to let our dog go potty. The condo was clean and renovated for the most part. We have already booked our vacation for this property next year. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation

Excellent!!!!

A near perfect vacation! The condo was great, the pools were great and the beach was great! Only bad thing was the red flag due to rip tide all week long. We had a great time! We'll definitely add this to our list of favorites!

Loved the condo

We have stayed in orange beach probably 10 different times. This time we wanted to take our dogs with us, couldnā€™t ask for a better place to stay. Diffinatly recommended!!!!!

As advertised nice place great views!!

Nice property overall. Unit could use some updates. Poole and Associates are very easy to work with on rentals.

Beautiful, well stocked, great view!

For the second year we enjoyed the condo very much! It is one of the only ones on the entire beach that is "dog friendly" - so appreciative of that. My adult daughters and sons-in-law came down for Thanksgiving and we had everything that we needed. Very well equipped and nicely decorated.
