Upper Unit: One bedroom with a queen bed kitchen, bathroom and cozy living room complete with 2 twin sized trundle beds (that also doubles as the couch).
Lower Unit: Features a bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room complete with 2 twin sized trundle beds (that also doubles as the couch).
Recently renovated duplex within walking distance to downtown. The lower unit, slightly larger than its counterpart, is part of a brand-new duplex with all-new amenities. Enjoy the comfort and coziness of this modern space located right behind Potters Bakery and close to Oakwood Proper Burgers and Common Good Bakery (think brunch all day!). The unit boasts a contemporary, simple design with a mid-century feel. There is one on-site parking spot available for both the upper and lower units (first come, first serve), and plenty of overnight street parking is available on Rose and Lincoln Streets (except during winter months).
