Private getaway

Very nice not having many people around felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had lots of fun renting a golf cart for the day and driving around. Highly recommend going to Scape Park during your stay.

Our stay was fabulous. Thank you Kelly for helping us arrange the rental cars and giving us great advice. You always do a great job. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. Very nice condo and area.

Awesome views, balcony, property right on the ocean with gorgeous pools and beaches. Good privacy and solitude opportunities, but options to be around people too! Kelly was an awesome host! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo! Great location! Plenty of supplies! The property manager was fantastic! She sent us wonderful information prior to our trip and had a very nice welcome basket which included a variety of snacks and drinks! We will definitely stay here again and we will recommend this condo to our friends and family!

Wonderful Condo With Great View

The condo was beautiful, modern and secure with an amazing view of the pool area and the ocean. It was also clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Exactly as the pictures showed. Kelly the manager is on top of communication, provided a lot of useful information in advance and always responded to questions quickly. 5 stars on everything. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful View away from hustle and bustle but near everything you need

Absolutely recommend this perfect rental. Beautiful views, right at pool and ocean located inside gated Cap Cana. Safe and secure. I will take this rental any day over a busy all inclusive. Relaxed by the pool some as well as the beach. The host was always a text or call away. Even checked in on us during the stay to see if we needed anything.

Beautiful

The condo was great. It was very well stocked. We had plenty of room and we loved the balcony. The view was top notch. We could tell the condo had recently been updated. Everything seemed new. A big thank you to Kelly the manager. She did a great job answering all of our questions and responding so quickly. Thank you again. We had a great time and would rent this unit again.

The actual condo looks better live than in the photos

The location is simply perfect. The instructions on how to get to the garage were helpful. When we pulled in the garage with our golf clubs and luggage, the workers in the garage offered, and we accepted, to take our luggage up for us; tip provided by us. The patio is also nicer than the photos. It is a short walk to the beach/waterfront restaurant. The view is great. The restaurants are open over at Fisherman's Lodge. Actually, the little pizza place, Soprano's, a short walk from the condo does a really good pizza. Bedding is comfortable. I have stayed at a number of condos in this area, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I along with our two children spent 6 nights in this lovely apartment. The view of the ocean from the apartment took our breath away. The apartment itself is immaculate and looks better than the pictures, in my opinion. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one may need to make a simple meal. There is also a washer/dryer which came in handy especially with children. The resort itself is so beautiful. The beach was never crowded, and sometimes we had the whole place to ourselves. Between the beach and the two swimming pools, we were out all day. There is a restaurant that is walkable distance from the apartment/beach/pool. Amazing views there as well. Amazing food as well. We did not eat anywhere else the whole time. We never got to visit the water park nearby, but our boys were very content and so were we. I have to give a big shoutout to Kelly. She made sure we had everything we needed. She left us water bottles to get us started, before we had to buy our own water (make sure to buy drinking water). She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had before the trip. The driver she set us up with, Brian, was also amazing. She left a booklet with relevant info, too. Thank you, Kelly! Make sure to fill out the e-ticket a few days before travelling to Dominican Republic. Its a simple immigration form that you will be asked for at the airports before departing and before returning. We are already planning our return!

Perfect Anniversary Stay

The apt is very well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The very large porch that overlooks the pool and ocean always has a nice breeze. The beach and pool are a 3 minute walk with many lounge chairs available. The security is excellent and a pre-assigned parking space in the building is ideal. We will be back!

Awesome place to stay.

First, the condo is huge and stunningly beautiful inside and out with wonderful views of the pools, ocean, and beach from the huge private balcony. Beautiful high quality comfortable modern furniture throughout. Wish I owned it. Hated to leave. Manager Kelly extremely responsive and helpful. TVs work well with provided cable satellite and allow you to open your personal streaming apps. Great free wifi capable of reaching the pool area if you sit close enough. 2 huge symmetrical pools are beautiful and well designed. Deepest maybe 4.5 feet. Ledges in the water to sit on and large areas only inches deep to lie. Not heated and a little chilly on first dip but swimmable. Best part is that there are very few people there. Only about 10 nice lounge chairs with cushions at each pool, widely separated and it is more than enough. Large shade structures also widely separated on beach as well. Holiday supposedly "busy" but the available chairs didn't fill up until afternoon and the place is never crowed. Never ran into another person inside the building including the elevator. Cap Cana is huge and beautiful, landscaped sort of like Disney World but without all the people. Single gate to access the entire community. Card key to enter your building. Keypad to enter the condo. Video cameras and visible security. Very safe and secure. Cap Cana short drive from airport and village of Punta Cana. Modern very nice grocery store about 9 miles away adjacent to Blue Mall on the way from airport. We ate most of our meals in Cap Cana, generally good but not great. Best food in Cap Cana was paella at Aura in the Fishing Lodge area. Lots of choices there without reservations. A few restaurants were beautiful looking but completely empty of diners. There's a large open courtyard area near marina with several nice restaurants and plenty of energy. Ate at several resorts on the water, beautiful before sunset, but once the sun went down not so much with marginal food quality. Oddly maybe the best restaurant was a place attached to the Blue Mall....SBG. Beautiful inside and out, very busy and very tasty. We got lucky to snag a table without reservation and will return next time. Punta Cana village has an area clustered with restaurants and bars which we will have to explore next time. Looks great Beaches are mostly hard coral and coral rubble with patchy areas of beautiful sand. Can't wait to return.

What a view!

What a view! This place is fabulous and we can't wait to return. This was just a quick trip, but we know where we will stay next time. Clean, fresh and the sunrise is amazing. Kitchen had everything we could need. Kelly made the check-in process easy. Swimming pool was wonderful and we were only a short walk to the beach. Don't hesitate.
