This townhouse sits within a peaceful community located just six miles west of downtown Pagosa Springs, the San Juan River, and the area's world-famous hot springs. In warm weather, the San Juan River offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, tubing, and paddleboarding, while visiting golfers will want to challenge the 27 holes of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, only a mile from your door. And discover the San Juans on horseback through one of several local stables and outfitters. In winter, hit the slopes of the Wolf Creek Ski Area, just 30 miles northeast. And no matter the season, close out your days at one of several local restaurants, cafes, and breweries.

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Had lots of kitchen amenities. Was a little difficult to find in the dark and the code to the front door a little difficult at first. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again!

great unit and location

great unit and location, but would suggest replacing sleeper unit and recliner kind of worn out. The check in was horrible and communication with property mangement team was one way street. we called several times were made promises that were not kept and they could not care less about us. Regardless, we loved the unit and would stay there again but hopefully you have different property managers next time

Immaculate, charming, close to everything.

Loved the decor and the comfortable couches and beds. Nice to have access to the garage because it hailed and we had a new car! We just pulled it right in. Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. Lovely, thank you!

The house was dirty, the bed uncomfortable, and decor in bad taste.

What a waste of money. We were so incredibly uncomfortable staying here this weekend due to the uncleanliness, the terrible bed, and questionable decor. The carpets were stained to the point where we didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes on (they were disgusting). There were pieces of toilet paper on the bathroom floor. The fridge needed cleaned. The silverware drawer was gross and had something spilled all in it. A cooking appliance on the fridge was very dirty. The bedding had fuzzies all over it and there was animal hair all over the curtains and some of the bedding. The animal hair really did a number on my allergies. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We barely slept, it was awful. I woke up off and on all night and ended up in a lot of pain because of the bed. This was supposed to be a weekend of relaxation and hot springs, in hopes to help reduce pain and stress.......this stay did the complete opposite. The decor seemed mismatched and potentially racially insensitive. There was Native American decor, pictures of only white cowboys, a picture of Lincoln (he truly was not an abolishonist), and a book titled, "Cowboys and Indians." We couldn't get a hold of anyone to try to get early check-in and when I replied to a text about the uncleanliness of the house, no one reached out to remedy the situation. This home was waaaaaay overpriced based on the lack of cleanliness and the uncomfortability of the bed.

This was in a quiet neighborhood, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable house. It was in a convenient location to places to eat, nice walking paths and easy to get to town. Perfect for what I needed.

Everything you need in a 2/2 vacay home. Living room furniture was comfy, fireplace amazing. Bed, linens and towels were soft and comfortable. Extremely clean. Convenient to everything. We had the best time.
