There are stunning, direct views of the San Juan Mountains in the back yard space, which features a grill and picnic table - AND the property has a great view of the July 4th fireworks! No need to go anywhere but out the door to enjoy the show! There is also a fun sledding hill to the back/side of the property.

Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, a in-unit washer/dryer, and a 55 inch Smart TV. The master bedroom features a Purple mattress, the queen bedroom a deluxe memory foam mattress, and in the twin rooms are comfortable mattresses with comfort foam toppers. We also have a sleeper futon in the living room, and a 3 inch memory foam topper along with full set of bedding for it stored in the laundry room. We have books and board games for all ages, and supply beach towels for hot springs or San Juan River use.

Hilltop Haus hosts are also available to help reserve various concierge services upon request: gear rentals, local tour opportunities, private chef services, catering, groceries, etc. Please reach out after booking for quotes and availability on specific requests.
