We designed two master suites where you wake up with the beautiful views of the gulf. Each suite is on separate sides of the condo for added privacy. EACH SUITE has plush king beds, luxurious linens, custom closets, private large en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and great lighting. Both suites have sliders that also access the lanai. They are set up

Open concept main living area with the kitchen, dining room a great room opening to the screened lanai spanning 24 feet. Enjoy your morning coffee and dinner on the lanai with those views. WOW!

Let’s not forget to mention while relaxing in your Natuzzi leather dual reclining sofa, you will enjoy the custom-built wall with a recessed 65-inch HD Smart TV and the 5 ft long remote-controlled fireplace enhances the ambience…now that is how to unwind after your day.

But first, how will you spend your time here? Enjoying cocktails while watching the sunset from your lanai? During the day we enjoy watch the many kayaks, paddle borders and boats in the bay. Perhaps you will walk to the beach for a quiet stroll or a day on the beach. Just a short 5-minute walk thru the community to Vanderbilt or Wiggins Pass Beach. We have your beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas & even beach towels!

Vanderbilt Surf Colony has excellent amenities and an unbeatable North Naples location. The community has a kayak launch, a waterfront pool, bocce, tennis, pickleball, fishing from the docks and more. ALL FREE for our guests to use.

Biking & walking the area is very popular thru the North Naples scenic parks. For our guests we include the use of our two new bicycles. You can walk to a few blocks to the famous *Turtle Club Restaurant, dine at *Baleen or more casual fare Buzz’s Lighthouse restaurant is fun!

This fantastic North Naples location you will find shopping at some of the finest boutiques and dining at top notch restaurants are within a few minutes’ drive. Mercato Shops, Whole Foods, Pavilion Shopping Center, Trader Joes, Waterside Shops, Naples downtown 5th & 3rd Avenue are just a few of the "HOT Spots" you will be able to enjoy!

Only 20 minutes to RSW airport. Gated community, secure building with 2 elevators, community social room, assigned parking space.

SPECIAL NOTE: Our condo faces northwest, so you have beautiful gulf views year-round please note since the sun moves, we have direct “sunset views” starting April thru October.) During the winter months it is just a 3-minute walk to the beach for those direct sunset views.

NOTE: As owners we have been sharing our homes with vacation renters since 2010 so we are very experienced hosts. You will be in good hands!

5 star condo with fabulous host

Beautiful remodeled condo with amazing view of the ocean/pool and 5 min walk to the beach. Super comfortable, perfectly stocked, fantastic location. Kim was the perfect host, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Serenity is a 5 star condo and Kim is a 5 star host!

Just Amazing

Kim and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. The condo was in absolutely perfect condition when we arrived. Details to get access to the condo were clear and detailed making it easy. The views were fantastic. Being a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beach made my week in Naples absolutely fantastic

My husband and I were impressed by this property through photos but WOW in person! All renovated..everything clean, fresh and fully stocked. I enjoyed a quick, easy walk to the either Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins each day while my husband preferred to sit on the lanai that had amazing, peaceful views of the bay AND ocean. We watched dolphins, boaters and beautiful wildlife all day long! Both bedrooms had breathtaking views as well! Great pool and quiet neighbors. Between location, immaculate conditions and outstanding customer service from host, we will be back!

Phenomenal!

This property was gorgeous, so clean, & incredibly well stocked. They literally thought of everything. Kim & Steve go above & beyond in every aspect. The location is fabulous and the views are stunning. The beds/pillows are comfortable & the linens are plush. We loved the marble floors throughout, pillow protectors (!!!!!), screened in patio, remote control blinds, streaming services offered, app they sent us with tons of helpful/organized info, mirror defrosters in the bathrooms, candles, and so many other personal touches! Can't wait to visit again, & highly recommend renting here!

Wonderful Vacay

This property was five star. The condo is beautifully renovated with upscale selections, including designer furniture, lighted bathroom mirrors, a ribbon fireplace, and automated blinds. It is well stocked. The hosts have thought of everything, from sunscreen to laundry detergent indoors, to pickle ball paddles, beach chairs, and bikes outdoors. Communication was excellent. Any questions were answered immediately. A beautiful view over the channel to the ocean, about a four minute walk to the beach. The building was quiet, the beds were comfortable. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many.

Fully Stocked Condo Everything Undated!!Great Views

We really enjoyed our time in February. The owners have everything you could possibly imagine in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked! We had 2 very nice bikes with locks to ride and tons of beach gear, all which was easily accessible. We used the bikes to ride to the beach for sunsets, just a 3 minute ride, as for the time we were there the sun was behind a building and we could not see it set into ocean from Lanai. They were great views from the lanai facing north of the Gulf of Mexico. We love watching the sun go into the ocean. The sunsets at the beach were incredible every night!! Thanks Steve and Kim for being so responsive during our stay.

Perfect - relaxing, quite, beautiful

We had an amazing stay at Serenity! There are so many wonderful things about the condo - highly recommend! First, it's SO clean and beautiful. When you first walk in, the view is just stunning ! Kim and Steve have thought of everything too. You will need for nothing during your stay as the condo is fully stocked and well appointed. The beds are so comfortable, the remote blinds (LOVE), the screened patio ... so relaxing. It's also a very quiet location which only adds to the ambiance. Also, you can see the ocean while taking a shower - bonus! We pretty much had the pool to ourselves during our whole stay and even if we didn't, it's such nice size you wouldn't feel cramped. The beach is a short walk and chairs are provided. We cannot wait to come back. This was definitely one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while!

Five Star Hotel Quality - Better Than The Ritz !

This was my 3rd stay at Serenity Naples. It is a gorgeous property — the quality of the interior finishes is only surpassed by the breathtaking views of the canals and the Gulf from the 9th floor western looking vantage point. Beautiful sunsets, but also beautiful in the early morning hours. The hosts are outstanding — and have addressed every guest need that I could imagine — they have taken great care to provide for their guests. The proximity to the amazing beach is hard to beat at an approx 3 minute walk. That feature was important to me and did not disappoint. I am a very particular consumer and surprisingly, have no constructive criticism to offer. I recommend Serenity Naples without hesitation. It will exceed your expectations.

40th Birthday/Moms Getaway

Luxury, amenities and relation at its finest! There should be an option for bonus points and additional stars. Wow! The views and sunsets are right out of a magazine. The floors are so amazing and extend all the way to the patio. I never knew I could be obsessed with floors. Every amenity possible was at our fingertips. We had a welcome basket with a handwritten note upon arrival. The check in process was flawless and Kim and Steve were so lovely! We did not have to worry about a beach cooler, bikes, or even shampoo and conditioner! (And not hotel toiletries…much better). We had three best friends with five kids between us, and we could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much for the best stay and all the memories with it.

Luxury meets comfortability in this 5 star Naples getaway!

We had an incredible stay at Serenity on Vanderbilt Beach! Luxury meets comfortability in this 5 star experience in Naples, Florida. The condo is in perfect condition, with a beautifully clean interior and breathtaking views! Plus, the lavishly white marble flooring throughout the entire condo makes this place truly one of a kind. It is also stocked to the brim with everything we needed to have fun in the sun. Chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were all easily carried in the wagon to the amazing Bluebill beach that's just a short walk away. When not at the beach, we got in games of Pickleball and Tennis at the adjacent courts, and swam at the waterfront pool just outside the building! In the mornings, we sat on the screened in lanai, drinking coffee and watching the gorgeous Naples sunrise. And to our delight, we had a pod of dolphins pull right up the the water's edge and greet us with a friendly wave as they were passing by! At the end of each day, we relaxed as the sun set over the horizon. We really were in paradise! We could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely the best property we've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend this for your next getaway! Thanks to Kim and Steve for the wonderful stay!

Serenity - the perfect name. So quiet, perfect place to relax & enjoy yourself. Best condo yet!

We have stayed many places around various beaches and this one by far exceeded expectations. The location is great. View is stunning. Condo is immaculate. I have never stayed a place that literally makes going to the beach so easy. The wagon, the cart, the chairs & umbrellas. Everything. Welcomed with a case of cold bottled water in the fridge is just what you need in the Florida heat. The water pressure in showers & kitchen sink is like no other. Speakers make music easy. The coffee maker options, blender, and overall kitchen is stocked with everything. Wine cooler is impressive! We did have a small child with us, but with the cleanliness, upscale feel of this property & stunning decorations - I’d suggest adults only to just enjoy the peace! View from the balcony is great to sit and just enjoy in the comfy chairs or kick out a laptop on the table and work for a bit. There is a desk & printer even onsite. The pool is huge and temperature perfect. Amazing place to stay and justminutes from the beach. Beach is very clean and perfect place to swim, jump waves or just sit and read! Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Excellent communication. Easy check in and access. Literally the best!

From the warm greeting to the beautiful condo and perfect location we could not enjoy our stay more. It is well named because the area is serene and quite but the beach is just minutes away. The condo is very romantic and we had the perfect view of the sunset every night. We simply couldn’t rate this experience higher!

Naples Gem

What a very special property! The views are brilliant (ocean and canal) which you can see from all rooms in the condo! We watched the sunset every evening from the very spacious lanai. We spent most of our time outside on the lanai either reading a book, having breakfast and dinner outside or even watching a baseball game (you can see the living room tv from the lanai.) The condo is beautifully remodeled and very equipped with anything and everything you would need (including beach chairs, bikes, ice chest etc.). The location is prime with a very short walk to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and to many restaurants and hotel bars. Everything about this place is top-notch! Thank you Kim and Steve for making our stay so incredibly perfect.
