Modern, bright Vanderbilt beach condo with views at Delnor-Wiggins State Park

This condo is a short 4 min walk to Vanderbilt beach and the beach of Delnor-Wiggins-State-Park in beautiful Naples. It is sunny in the morning, has beautiful views and is quiet at night. It was fabulously remodeled in 2016 and renovated again in 2025 with a perfect coastal feel and is equipped with everything you may need for perfect holidays.

The beds, Kingsize in Master-Bedroom and Queen-Size in Guest-bedroom, are brand-new super-comfortable boxsprings with hygienic covers, smooth new pillows and everything to prevent you from allergic reactions, as the floors are tiled and everything else is washable, too.
Every room is additionally equipped with air purifiers.

The two bathrooms have nice and easy-accessible showers and are equipped with everything you may need. You will just have to bring your very personal belongings.

The open kitchen´s extras are an air-fryer (toaster) and a Ninja-Luxe Espresso Machine delivering barista-like Coffee.

For your entertainment we installed an OLED-4K-HD Smart TV, which allows you to watch also all your streaming favorites and TV-Channels. Every Bedroom has a Smart-TV, too. High Speed Wifi is provided.

Going to the beach will be fun taking the beachchairs, Sunbrella and Icebag. Or you take the two Bikes to drive along the quiet streets of Pelican Bay.

You can wash and dry all your laundry in the laundry-room on the same floor.

Vanderbilt Towers 3 offers a sunny pool until the afternoon and free parking.

Enjoy the beach during the day, relax at the Pool and watch a beautiful beach sunset without getting into a car.

Numerous dining options, cinemas, the Naples Artis philharmonic center and convenient shopping options are nearby.

The condo is kept with taste, passion and personality.
