Debbie, Thank you for your feedback about Aunt Hannah's Apartment. We appreciate your help to make this an even better rental experience for the next guests! I am hoping our on call agent was able to contact the caretaker for the lobster pot snafu. I will certainly pass along your suggestions to the owner. In regard to the cleaning fee, preparing houses for the same day check out/check results in a bit of a problem with washing/drying time for towels, sheets, etc. For this reason, we ask tenants to strip any used beds and throw in one load of laundry to the washing machine before departing.
