Though cozy at 500 square feet, the space is thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private deck overlooking the scenic canal — the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind as boats glide by.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, making this space ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both bathrooms are clean and modern, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You'll be within a 5-10 minute walk to Lewes Beach, local shops, and a variety of restaurants, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and exploration. My husband and I loved it. Just as advertised. Central to downtown Lewes and the beach. We spent a lot of our time in Lewes at the condo just enjoying the view from our balcony. Everything we needed was there. Why go anywhere else. Access was simple and comms with the manager (and Sheets on the Beach) wasprompt and complete making our settling in and departure a breeze. Will not even consider another rental next time.

Really charming/cute apartment.Kitchen had everything we needed, including both drip and fresh press coffee makers.we spent mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the canal. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to Lewes. Andrea was very responsive to any communications.

We have been coming to this area (Slaughter Beach, Broadkill Beach, Cape Henopen, Lewes Beach) for about 15 years now. Hands down, this place was our favorite! We loved being able to walk over the bridge to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. My husband was super close to walk to bait store. The pool was awesome and the view from pool and patio amazing! The apt was recently updated. We loved hanging outside on patio. Neighbors were super friendly. We hope to return! Oh, and Andrea was super accommodating with our check in!

Great canal-side condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly-remodeled canal side condo in Lewes. The many pros include: gorgeous views, nice kitchen, comfy beds, pool access, and the great location-walking distance to both town and the beach. There were some inconveniences, including the absence of a dining table, lack of shelves in the showers, insufficient places to dry towels/clothes, and the fact that we needed to provide linens (I felt this should be explicitly stated in the listing). Nevertheless, we had a great stay at this property and would consider booking again.

Great Lewes stay

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located condo! Being right on the canal made for lovely slow mornings on the balcony and easy walks into downtown. The unit was perfect for our family of three — spacious enough, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and lunch. We appreciated having two bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and both an en-suite and a second full bathroom, which made things very convenient. While we didn’t use the pool, it’s a great added bonus for anyone looking to take a refreshing dip. Highly recommend!

It's small and simple, but comfortable with a deck overlooking the canal and a great view of the sunset. It would have been helpful if the owner had told us that we needed to bring towels, sheets, and even soap.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time. It was so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a nice spot too. The condo is not large but had all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats on the canal.

Loved the balcony.

This was a sweet location on the marina/waterway. The balcony was a lovely spot to spend our early mornings and evenings. During a rainstorm we were undercover and even that was quite lovely. This Home has some sweet features and cute interior design, but it could use some bathroom updates, the musty smell should be addressed and a very deep cleaning would be helpful. host was responsive, and the on site property manager was very responsive and very resourceful in getting a locked door in the storage closet open. The new pool was not available for our stay, but it is very close to being opened and would be a great addition to a stay at this property if we would choose to return.

Planned to spend memorial weekend but had to leave the day after I arrived Andrea was very quick to refund me and I wasn’t expecting that but it was very much appreciated Love staying on the canal and it’s beautiful views

Wonderful location

The view off the back deck can't be beat. A short walk to the charming town, or the beach. We had a relaxing, beautiful week.

Perfect Location!

Easy check in. Unit was clean and well stocked. Peaceful balcony with great views. Comfortable bedding. Walking distance to two excellent restaurants. Beach approximately 5-6 blocks walking. Ideal for 4 persons. Short driving distance to many restaurants and abundant shopping. Stay at laid back Lewes and reach all the excitement you need in minutes. Andrea was an excellent host and is adding the only thing that is missing. A TV! Thank you Andrea for a delightful stay. Ken.

Really great getaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We both love that it’s right on the marina a few blocks from the beach, and an extremely short walk into town. The new deck is fantastic, and it’s just a cozy little place to relax

Great location, but musty odor

This condo is located within a short walk to town and the beach. The reason for the average rating is that is smelled musty and the furniture could have been improved. Sleep 4 but no table for eating, poor patio furniture as well. So clean and great location but furniture and musty odor were poor.

Lovely Lewes- Awesome spot!

This was our 2nd time staying here! The outside of the property has been totally remodeled which was a huge upgrade from last year! This location can't be beat...peaceful and beautiful view, close to everything!!👍 The inside was is cute and beds are mostly comfortable but cleanliness needs attention! More thorough cleaning needed which is same as last year, so may be time for a new cleaning person! Updates of showers and flooring in bathrooms needed. New rugs at minimum! Kitchen is nicely upgraded, but needs cleaned better... some drawers had dirt and some new pans would be good! Andrea is nice to work with and allowed an early check-in which we appreciated! Would stay again since place has beautiful view, is perfect location, and Andrea is good to work with!
