Your second-story condo has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, along with an outdoor picnic table setup to enjoy meals while you watch the waves roll on. Prepare those meals in the fully equipped kitchen among the stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops. Balcony access is also available through the master bedroom – you will surely love waking up to the sight of the beach every morning!

Almost everything about this condo was ideal. The condo was clean and well stocked. The 2nd floor view was stunning! The only downside is the AC unit on the balcony. I understand it’s necessary but when it’s running the noise overpowers all beach/wave noise.

Everything was really good.Did run into issue with access to keypad and no instructions. And unable to readily get in touch with anyone on numbers - some improvements there would be awesome.Overall condo was exactly what we needed. Great location, easy beach access. Definitely recommend

Family vacation

This property is clean, quiet, and in the perfect location (close enough to things to do without all touristy feel). The beach and pool were easily accessible and never crowded.

Great veiw

Plenty of parking and room on the beach. Great veiw from the deck. Open beach to the west for long walks and seashell hunting.

wonderful stay

we had a wonderful time with our family - nice accomdationg were important as the weather didn't cooperate. we couldn't find a grill to use which I believe was advertised a shared agrilling area. would definately recommend and stay again Benoit Family

Excellent property

Great accommodations with family friendly atmosphere around property amenities. Condo is literally steps from the beach and water. Will be back. Hosts were easily available through text and were super hospitable to our requests.

This place is at a great location. It’s not crowded. This is the first condo I have stayed at that I can stand on the balcony in the morning and see the sunrise and in the evening and see the sun set. Very clean.

Great location!

This was a great location for spring break with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). We loved that it was a smaller place away from the crowds, yet it was accessible to activities in the area. The property had a private beach which was beautiful. The condo itself was well-furnished , and the “Nelson Family Honor Closet” was stocked with everything you would need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc. Our only issue was that the unit was not vacuumed very well before we arrived, but we were able to take care of that quickly.

Comfortable stay overall

Overall, we had a good experience staying at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our only complaints were the fruit flies and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, upon our arrival. We also discovered cockroaches on the balcony during our stay. Other than that, the condo was clean and comfortable.

Great location, but construction next door.

The property overall was great; it was as described with a great view and close to shops/restaurants in Perdido Key and Orange Beach. The property is close to the beach with private access. There is a large condo being constructed right next door and the noise wasn't bad, but could be distracting at times. The property was clean but the furniture was a bit worn. Our family enjoyed our short vacation here.

Excellent getaway

The condo was very clean. It could’ve used a few more supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags. There was only one wash rag per person, but there was a washing machine so we made it work. The beach was not crowded and very clean. It’s right between Pensacola Beach and Gulf Shores, so it’s just a short drive to lots of restaurants and activities.

Our stay at Ocean Breeze West

Everything was great until the workers came and cut out half of the parking lot. They started work on the roof and covered the swimming pool. We had no parking pass and got a warning for parking there. I called the Southern Vacation Rentals and had a parking pass within the hour. I really appreciate them for helping me out there.The Condo was as advertised and we had a wonderful time on our visit otherwise. Thank you!
