Gorgeous home! Rustic design with 3900 sq. ft. open concept floor plan provides perfect space for everyone in your party to spread out, relax and recreate! The first floor offers 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen), 2 baths (classic marble paneled showers and bath tub), kitchen with 6 seat island and full set of Kitchen Aid appliances, dining room with seating up to 10, great room with 12 foot vaulted ceiling, 65" TV and gas fireplace, laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, and 18' x 10' patio with Weber gas grill, seating for 10, and view of Quit Qui Oc Golf Course. The basement level offers 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 4 bunk beds), 2 baths (classic marble paneled showers); regulation size billiards and ping pong table, electronic dartboard, NBA 2K and Ms. Pacman Mini Arcades, a second family room with Nintendo switch, 65" TV and various board games, a wet bar with microwave and refrigerator and game table seating up to 6. In addition, in the 2-Car garage you'll find bicycles, scooters, baggo sets; beach towels, coolers, camp chairs and Tommy Bahama beach chairs with beach umbrella.
The crystal clear water of spring fed Elkhart Lake, which is recognized as one the cleanest and clearest lakes in the Midwest, the Osthoff Resort, Elkhart Lake Beach, Fireman's Beach, Quit Qui Oc Golf Course, and the restaurants and shops of downtown Elkhart Lake are all within walking/biking distance of our home. For racing enthusiasts, Road America is about 2 minutes away by car. Whistling Straits , American Club and its associated Kohler golf courses are about 20 minutes away by car.

Awesome Race Weekend

Beautiful home. Perfect amenities for any activity from grilling out to outdoor fun! Wonderful attention to detail even including bug spray! The grill propane tank ran out—no worries—there was an extra in the garage! Owner very communicative and accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Outstanding!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our four race team drivers and two spouses stayed at the property. The house was perfect for us thanks in part to the four bedrooms and four full baths. The master has an en suite and the other three bedrooms have an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms offer privacy as they are well distanced from each other in the floorplan. The house is well appointed, very clean, and perfectly maintained. The kitchen is beautiful and a delight to cook in, and the large dining table allowed us to sit together and enjoy our meals. We were able to watch our race videos and review data as a group on the big screen TV in the spacious, comfortable living room. Location is perfect for those heading to the track and Elkhart Lake. The owner, Rich, was a delight to work with. He is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Easily the best rental experience any of us have had. Perfect!

Beautiful home

Brand new, very tastefully furnished, near the lake and a golf course. Absolutely seamless check in- the owner went out of their way to leave information about what to do and where to eat. It made for a very nice stay in Elkhart Lake! Thank you!

Amazing, convenient, lots of extras, great communications

We love this house. It’s beautiful, clean and well appointed. You can walk to Elkhart Lake unless you want to ride one of the 10 bikes or pull a wagon - all supplied! The bedrooms are huge and great linens! In addition to bikes, scooters, wagon and beach toys there are inside toys As well - Pool, ping pong and video games. PAC-MAN - the best! There were 10 of us and 2 kids - so Much room and easy kitchen for entertaining! Rich is on top of everything and wonderful to work with - super responsive! Rent this Perfect house If you can and have a big group - ITS PERFECT👍

From the outside, you may be deceived. Once you open that front door, you walk into an absolutely gorgeous, beyond well-appointed home that instantly welcomes you. I truly felt like we were staying in someone's vacation home, given ALL of the amenities, and the attention to detail. We loved being on two floors, and the offerings were unbelievable for our kids and grandkids in the lower level. The arcade games, pool table, ping pong table, bicycles, coolers, washer and dryer, outdoor patio furniture and grill....I could keep going on and on. We've stayed in so very many VRBO's and have to say this was one of our absolute favorites. Will definitely be back!

Race team stayed there and it was amazing! Host was great and very responsive. Already booked again for next year. Perfect location for Road America race weekend and super close to downtown. 10/10 for sure!!

Amazing, roomy, modern home within walking distance of the quaint town.

This house was perfect for our 10 guests, and we loved that we could walk into town easily (.75 miles). The house has wonderful linens, a super great and large kitchen and a bonus game area and extra seating area. Rich also provided 10 bicycles, a wagon (great for the trek to town with kids), and a blow up raft. We needed nothing! Perfect! We could have picked a better home - it's very modern and easy to be in. Rich was particularly responsive and caring -available 24 x 7. Thank you Rich and Patty for hosting our annual family/friends vintage weekend sojourn - you were amazing!

Spacious Well Equipped Condo Perfect for Famiy

This condo was perfectly set up for our adult kids and grandchildren for our extended July 4th weekend. All our needs for all family members were met from kitchen to dining to living and outstanding lower level entertainment room to outdoor recreational equipment. Rich was very proactive to let us know he was available for anything. All our expectations were exceeded.

The owner, Rich, could not have been better. Day before I was to begin stay, I realized I miss booked my current accommodation and would be without one night of housing. I reached out to Owners to see if I could get in early. They could not have been more accommodating and worked me in right away. The house was immaculate and lovely. Fantastic great room and kitchen. We cooked several full on meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Downstairs is a fantastic game room and full tv area. Pool table, ping pong were all used and enjoyed. Bunk room and king bed downstairs perfect for the kids..:big or small. Only two minute drive to Road of America and 30 second drive or a few minute walk to the Elkhart Lake and town. Solid FIVE Star hosts and house. If 6 stars existed for this, I would give it.

The "Place" To Be!

Along with three couples, we stayed in this beautiful home during the Road America vintage race weekend. The home appeared so fresh and new that we felt that we were the first to stay there! All the other reviewers are spot on regarding the accommodations, amenities, and ideal location. Even better than described. There are so many indoor and outdoor games. Upper and lower areas to hangout with big screen TV’s if the group wants to separate. And with two bedrooms up and two down, each with their own bathroom and shower was perfect. No waiting line!! :) And Rick, our host, was the best. He was friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. From now on, this is absolutely our first choice when staying in Elkhart Lake!

This home was perfect!

The house is very well designed, decorated and furnished with many thoughtful and thorough provisions including child friendly toys, beach chairs, bicycles and an array of outdoor games and equipment to enjoy the area. Appliances, outdoor grill & seating, table games downstairs, indoors and out this property performs as the ideal getaway. The beds and furniture are top quality and the house looks and feels brand new - even smells brand new - and the owner is as accommodating as the home itself.

Gorgeous home away from home in Elkhart Lake!

This gorgeous home has all the amenities and comfort of home. We were racing at Road America which is only a couple of minutes away. Nights were spent playing ping pong, darts and shooting pool downstairs. Rich, the host was very informative and a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, Clean & tons of Amenities and Activities

We had a great time at staying at this property during the Indycar race at Road America - it is close to the track and had everything we needed, wanted and more. Our group especially enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. We had 7 adults and were very comfortable.

Great stay for area.

We stayed 4 nights, 4 couples, and the property was perfect. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms, etc. When we gathered, the dinning area accommodated perfectly, and the basement/gaming area worked well. Perfect for a game of pool, darts, cards, etc. Garage had Cornhole, and we broke that out as well. Close for Golf, Lake, and good eats. One nice surprise was the garage full of bikes, and we enjoyed our rides downtown. We would recommend for anyone visiting Elkhart Lake, Wes and Barb

This property was perfect for our stay: - Location, Location, Location (close to Osthoff, 5 min to RA, walk or drive into town) - well appointed, well maintained, beautiful place - lots for the kids to do from bikes, to arcades, to pool, etc Great stay, highly recommend Host was brilliant from start to finish

The owner went out of his way to answer our questions, fill our request for cooking tools and send information to help us get orientated to the community. It is a beautiful and comfortable home with space for a large family get together, play games and eat together.
