We have our own dedicated onsite staff, properly trained to thoroughly clean the properties from top to bottom. In addition to our daily cleaning we have taken extra measures to clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces in common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, phones, remote controls, handles, desks, toilets, sinks). **

Villa Groovy Gecko is a magnificent, large, very open, two story private waterfront beach house located directly on the Caribbean Sea in Placencia, Belize. Large infinity pool on beach, with outdoor covered area.

Home is built to enjoy the ocean front breezes and fresh air. Downstairs the large open air courtyard is complete with full outdoor kitchen and bar entertainment area.
Outstanding features radiate luxury and beauty throughout this exquisite 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath residence.

The home is meticulously maintained by full time onsite staff and very active owner.

The main home is two stories consisting of over 3,500 sq ft of living area and covered patios directly over looking a private beach and the ocean.

Upstairs in the home you will find the master bedroom with a large master bath and breathtaking views of the ocean. Upstairs also includes a second bedroom with a private bathroom, a large living room, dinning room, large well equipped open kitchen and a massive covered patio that goes across the entire back of the home overlooking the ocean.

The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own private bath.

While the home is specifically designed to take advantage of the trade winds coming off the ocean the home is equipped with the latest high end ECO FRIENDLY SOLAR PANEL assisted A/C systems that not only are the quietest available anywhere but also VERY energy efficient.

Cook dinner on either the large outside gas grill or the Green Egg charcoal grill and enjoy a local drink while relaxing under the fans on the large covered patios just steps from the ocean.

We are located just 1 mile south from the Placencia Hotel and 1 mile north of Maya Beach. The home is uniquely located in upscale area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts in an exclusive section of Placencia, just 10 minutes from Placencia Village and air strip.

Effective July 14th 2022, the Government of Belize has decided to remove all public health measures at the points of entry in Belize. Belize Travel Insurance is now optional for entry. Proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test is no longer required upon arrival and for entry into Belize.
