This convenient escapade is located just one and a half miles from Tahoe City which boasts many restaurants, galleries, shops, and nightlife. For the skiers in the group, you are just six miles from exclusive resorts such as Homewood and eight miles to Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows for skiing and snowboarding. Summer visitors will also have endless activities to try, including the many hiking and biking trails, and enjoy concerts at Commons Beach. Golfers will be thrilled by the close proximity to Tahoe City Golf Course, which is only one and a half miles away. Lake Tahoe is a short walk away, offering endless attractions and things to do no matter the season you decide to visit. Things to know:
Please note that WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
