Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

This luxury unit has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the oceanfront balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a smooth radiant-heat range, and marble garden tub (jets no longer function as a jacuzzi tub). There is ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bathrooms of this perfect condo. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's. For added convenience, there is a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

This place was everything we needed/wanted and more. The rental office staff were wonderful. They communicated with me about a a quick repair and the maintenance man showed up very quickly. Planning our next trip and hoping to get this exact unit next time.

The space was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the beds were comfy. We all enjoyed the oversized balcony with the awesome sunrise and ocean views. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival.

Loved the location loved how you could walk straight out to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Had plenty of room for everyone

It was a perfect location for our family trip. Location was very convenient with a restaurant, ice-cream and small mart and surf shop just around the corner.

The property was beautiful and clean with an absolutely gorgeous view and plenty of room for our family. The only issues were that the master bed and pillows were wore out and not comfortable and the couches smelled and need to be replaced.

The location was amazing and the ease of check in and check out was great! The beach access was awesome and it was a short walk to the beach. I would suggest booking chairs and an umbrella before your stay to ensure you get them! The pool area was nice, although it was crowded at the time we were there. The lazy river pool was a nice bonus. The parking garage was easy to access. The balcony was amazing and huge! We loved sitting out there and hearing the waves at the beach. The view was 10/10! As far as cleanliness, we were disappointed. Although the host and cleaning crew message me back in a timely manner, we felt as if the place should have been more clean. The kitchen table and countertops were dirty. The placemats were soiled. There was crushed up Oreo cookies on the window sill in one of the bedrooms. There was long black hair found in multiple locations of the place. The floors were not swept and were dirty. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The toilet in one of the bathrooms ran continuously. The linens seemed clean although we were hesitant to use the comforters. The carpet felt dirty, as well. Overall, we had a great stay. I would have liked to see a little more attention to detail.

Great place

The 3 bedroom 3 bath was perfect for us. We were 3 adult couples and everyone really enjoyed this vacation. We had everything we needed and was great to have a restaurant so close. Beautiful view from our balcony.

Nice family getaway

Really enjoyed the roominess and the pool was exceptional. Oceanfront with a walkway is helpful. I prefer parking decks usable at the building but the quick elevators with no wait made up dor the inconvenience! Shopping carts to assist unloading were so helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The property is clean and comfortable, just as described in the listing. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The view from the balcony is perfect, and it is an easy walk to the beach. The large outdoor pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay, which was a disappointment to the younger family members who were planning to swim. The jacuzzi jets in the garden tub in the master bath did not work.The mattresses are saggy and could use firmer replacements. The living room couches are stained and dingy. The front bedroom blinds are not adequate to keep light and sound out at night. We carefully stuffed dark blankets in and around the blinds for a temporary fix, but blackout curtains would be a permanent solution. We had a wonderful stay, but implementing these suggestions would make it more likely for us to stay there again.

Nice Stay

Overall stay was nice. After finally getting the dryer fixed, it was not heating and could not do laundry, which I had planned to do. Rooms could use some updating. Beds need better support, mattresses sag and pillows are completely flat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there with two other families.... 6 adults and 2 kids. The room and location was perfect and provided us with plenty of space being that it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The room decor was very nice and it was also very clean. We really enjoyed staying at this place and would definitely recommend to family and friends as we would stay there again if we go back in the future.

Ocean front

The owner needs to be more involved with issues of the property, such as replacing beds. I was told that the washer and dryer were being replaced on the day after we departed. North Beach Reality gets a 10 for their assistance with issues during our stay.

Overall good value

It was overall a good value. It would have been nice to know about work being completed on-site. 1. 2 out of the 3 elevators being down and 2. The lazy river pool being drained and being worked on. The condo itself was a nice layout, had everything we needed, and a fantastic view!

Great location. Very spacious condo. More than enough room for our family of 5. Only 2 negatives were that the bar stools still had food and crumbs all around the cushions, which was gross, and the microwave wouldn't heat. Nevertheless, once property management was alerted, a handyman came promptly with a new, free-standing microwave to get us through, and he also vacuumed and cleaned the stools. Overall, we had a great time.

Family Fall Break

Location very convenient to everything. Having three bedrooms and three baths was excellent. Beautiful view from a spacious balcony. We did have issue with balcony door handle, maintenance came in timely manner. TV remote was missing, a call had maintenance deliver to us. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you need. The loveseat could use a deep clean. Cobwebs on lamps in owners suite. We will stay there again, enjoyed the beach and all the pools and hot tubs.

July 2023 Family Vacation

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our family of ten. Everything worked and there were no issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the property upon our arrival did not meet our expectations. We vacuumed the entire condo. We also purchased Windex and wiped down many surfaces that had hand or fingerprints on them. If not for the cleanliness issues we would have rated this a 5.

Non-communication!

Our stay was nice but it would have been great to have know upfront that there was work being done on the resort. Pool was closed as there was only 5 tubes for the lazy River. Our condo was not very clean! We had to ask for clean sheets and we cleaned off the cigarette butts from the balcony. The place needed a deep clean for sure.

The property details were updated 6/25/23 to make potential renters aware of the ongoing off season building work. Our records indicate that your reservation was made 8/29/23. While we understand this was an inconvenience, you were made aware of the building work and rate adjustments prior to making the reservation. As for the housekeeping issues, we do apologize for the inconvenience. The off season is when we do our annual deep cleanings which includes cleaning behind & under all appliances and furniture as well extensive dusting, recaulking, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice but, the elevator situation made it hard to with a baby. The master bedroom had an odor and when we told management they put an air freshener in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked but, the pans are horrible. Everything sticks and ruined our pancakes and eggs every morning.
