CROWS NEST at Seaside Beach: Take a trip to the beach and enjoy this cozy, tastefully decorated home. With three bedrooms, two baths, a large living area with seating for everyone and more, and a big private backyard that includes a hot tub, you will not be disappointed with the space. The Primary bedroom has a King size bed with its own private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd has a Queen bed. There are 2 Rollaways in the closet if needed. The walk to the beach is short and sweet, so there is no time wasted before you're on the sand. You are also only three blocks from downtown, where you can dine at one of our many great restaurants, play in the arcade, or go shopping in our carousel mall. Come visit us in Seaside and you will have a whale of a time!

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

November 1 – March 14 - 4 pm

Seasonal Check Out Times:
March 15 – October 31 – 10 am
November 1 – March 14 – 11 pm

Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)

BBQ - available May-September only for guest safety

Maximum pets – 2
Pets are allowed with a fee. When making a reservation, please add your pets and the fee will be added to your stay.

Hot Tub FAQ’s
Hours – 7am-9pm. Please be courteous of neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level.
Children under the age of 12 are not to use the hot tub.
Maintenance will service the hot tub alternating days between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m to ensure water/chemical levels are safe for guest use. (They will not enter the home) Under normal conditions, this service usually takes half an hour to an hour.
