Welcome to Ocean’s 14! Just one block from the vibrant village, everything you need is a short walk away: shops, restaurants, bars, museums, the pier, the charming SSI lighthouse, and the beach.

Inside, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. Relax in comfortable beds, admire local artwork, and gather in cozy areas. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet, Mesh Wi-Fi, three flat-screen TVs, and multiple charging stations. Breathe easy with HIPA and Infrared air filters, and enjoy pure water with a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features two large screened decks and a plunge pool. The decks overlook a serene lagoon, perfect for sipping coffee or wine while watching turtles, herons, eagles, and ospreys from a 60-year-old, 13-foot redwood farm picnic table.

Built in 2019, this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet nook, yet just steps from the heart of the village. Ocean’s 14 is the perfect gathering place for family and friends to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. We look forward to hosting your stay in our lovely home.

We had an excellent stay! Property was super clean and well lad out to accommodate three families with kids. Great communication, everything you could need in the kitchen, and you truly can’t beat the location. Loved every minute and we’ll be back!

This house is stunning and has everything you could possibly need!! Plenty of room and walkable to the pier area where there are cute boutiques and delicious restaurants! The hosts were very friendly and super responsive, we truly couldn’t have asked for better.

Ryan was a great host and very easy to work with. The house was awesome, well stocked and in a great location. We had three generations and everyone enjoyed the house and the pool! We will certainly return to his house again!

Spaces were all very comfortable for our large group. Pool was cold but kids used it a little. Location is perfect for walking to Mallory Square. Everything in the home is very nice quality and well stocked. Very impressive.

Our four generation family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful St Simons beach rental! The location was perfect-within walking distance to the village and pier, restaurants, children's play area, putt-putt and lighthouse. We rented a golf cart which gave us added flexibility to access the beach and ocean from several different public access areas. The home itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon. It was the perfect space to relax and enjoy the scenery.The heated pool was a huge hit with our kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive and quick to help with any questions or requests we had throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway.

Wonderful house and location

Beautiful, updated home stocked with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Central location made walking to pier with all its shops & restaurants easy. It was a short drive to public beach. Host went above & beyond too. He confirmed appliances before we arrived. Without us asking, he messaged us to let us know that property would be ready early. We also arrived to the craft ice machine already started. These little things were appreciated. House was perfect for our group of 2 families, with 4 adults & 6 kids. We’ll be back!

Perfect location, spacious

We had the best stay! The home is even more spacious and beautiful in person. Such an easy walk to the village and we really enjoyed the pool. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host very helpful. We look forward to staying again! Thanks so much.

50 th wedding anniversary get together

This property is absolutely beautiful! The house is spacious and comfortable! There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! We loved the porch and pool area overlooking the pond! Great location!

Saint Simons Island wedding

This was a great family house. Plenty of room for everybody to be together and also have their own space. Great porches. Plenty of dining space. I definitely rent this house again

Family Gathering

This is an amazing property and we will be staying here again. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. We had an amazing time and recommend this property.

All around fantastic

Traveling with little ones is never easy, but this house had it all and settling in a breeze. The house has a great open layout for managing little ones, the pool is a perfect size for lounging around, incredibly short walk to restaurants (and ice cream), and easy access to public beaches. You truly couldn't ask for a better setup for a vacation with the family.

Fall family trip!

St Simon’s Island is our favorite spot as a family! We try to visit at least once a year. This house is probably our favorite so far! There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The porches over looking the lagoon are incredible! The kitchen isn’t lacking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes which are of great quality. The location is perfect, we walked to the village every day. We would most definitely love to stay here again!

The house is on a very quiet street and overlooks a beautiful lagoon with tons of wildlife, it is very difficult to find many houses in this proximity to the village with such tranquility.
