Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths located just a block away from gorgeous Brigantine Beach. Sleeps 8; master bedroom Queen size bed with full bath. Additional bedroom with Queen size bed and bunk bed with full bath. Spacious living room with sleeper sofa along with 1/2 bath on first floor. Breakfast nook in spacious dining room with full kitchen supplied with oven/stove, microwave, two different kinds of coffee makers (traditional pot/ground coffee and Keurig), and air fryer. Kitchen opens to back yard with deck and full patio with propane grill. Minutes away from Brigantine Golf Course and Atlantic City. Pet friendly! 6 Beach tags included.

Beautiful shore house and just a block away from the beach. We all enjoyed the stay, inside was super clean and comfortable. So happy we found this rental and plan on coming back next year too. Host was wonderful and communication was excellent.

Great Location

Our favorite thing about this property was the location. It was a very short walk to the beach with all of our stuff. We brought our English bulldog with us. This breed is not much for exercise, especially in the heat. The location was perfect because we were right by the Brigantine Beach North End area, which is where you are allowed to walk your dog on the beach with a leash.

Disappointing

The property was very nice and in a great location. However, there was one serious issue, and that is 2 of the 3 toilets on the property were not working properly. This was a MAJOR disappointed that such a basic necessity was neglected to be taken care of and not disclosed. The powder room toilet on the first floor did not work at all and a second toilet in one of the bedrooms had problems. When the owner was notified, he did nothing, rather than immediately send out a plumber. He was obviously aware of the issue in the powder room, as there were instructions on “how to flush the toilet.” No one should charge that much money for a rental and not provide bathrooms that are in good working order. There were also several large stains on one of the bedroom rugs that were so bad that I had to scrub the rug myself! Totally unacceptable. On a smaller note, all other properties I have rented in Brigantine have been stocked with essentials like toilet paper and bar soap, which this property did not have, but I have no problem supplying my own. However. I think it should be made clear to the tenants ahead of time. As I said, it was a huge disappointment because it is a very nice condo in a great area that just needs to be better attended to by the owner.

The property is nice, and only 1 block from the beach, and only a short walk to the north beach where you can walk your dog on the beach.

Disappointing

We booked a last minute summer getaway for a family beach trip. We were so happy to find a rental that met all of our needs or so we thought. Upon booking, we were promised a very clean, comfortable, pet friendly rental with all the amenities we needed when traveling with a small baby. One of our non negotiables was a dishwasher as that is the way we clean and sanitize our daughter’s baby bottles. While I will say the rental is great and has a lot of potential, it was unfortunately not the best experience for us. The unit did not seem clean, the kitchen and bathrooms especially. The countertops had definitely not been cleaned. I chalked it up to an oversight, cleaned up the kitchen and bathrooms myself, and carried on to make the best of our stay. The first floor bathroom was trouble from the start as the toilet would clog and not flush so we were out the use of the first floor bathroom. Again, something we were fine with overlooking even though it was inconvenient. On the second day, we went to wash our bottles in the dishwasher, it wouldn’t turn on. We reached out to the owner and he said he just had it fixed and it should be working, but would send over someone right away. We waited for over two hours only to be told it was broken and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was also infested with ants. We had to throw away $200 worth of fudge and candy from the boardwalk as it was completely covered with ants.The owner promised us VRBO credit to which we still have not received

Great vacation condo.

We have a place in Brigantine but needed an “overflow” spot for a weekend. This place was perfect. Very clean. Stocked well. Has some wear and tear but all rentals do. Would Highly recommend to a family looking for a rental. We did find the one mattress to be very soft. Has a great outside area too that we didn’t get to use.

Steps from the beach

Mike was a wonderful host. He was responsive and kind. We loved walking to the bird tower each morning and letting our dog run and also being less than 5 minutes from the beach. The house was equip with everything we needed, even an airfryer! The back patio was a great place to hang out and the bed was comfy. We hope to be back soon

Cozy Beach home

I came up to AC for a bowling tournament and found this gem of a home. Great location, a block from the beach and the bay in the opposite direction. Michael’s home was very nice, the two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was very convenient. The back patio was very cute and a nice place to relax in the evening. If you want a nice stay consider booking Michael’s home.
