We have TWO Nantucket style cottages with cedar shake exterior and pine floors ready for your arrival! Enjoy the peace and quiet of a non-through street with plenty of parking (up to 3 standard cars fit in driveway in designated spots) and steps to the Ocean and Bay.

The completely renovated Main House with central air sleeps up to 8. The first floor features an open living arrangement and a kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The first floor also holds 2 bedrooms and a full bath along with a laundry room.

The entire second floor is occupied by the master suite and includes a private bath and a private deck for morning coffee, lounging while listening to the ocean or gazing at the stars in the evening. Of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower and this home is no exception. Eat outside in the warm weather. We offer a gas grill along with table and chairs.

In the shared storage space, located under the Coach home, we offer a few beach toys, beach chairs and bicycles to enjoy during you visit.

And how great is it not to need to drive into town if you don't want the hassle of parking! Take the LBI shuttle anywhere you want to go. Check it out LBI's local website for details and be prepared to have fun with all the activities and events LBI has to offer!

Our second-floor Coach House offers a classic cottage look with knotty pine walls and wood floors for easy care. The large one-bedroom home can sleep 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and one pull-out couch in the living area). The bedroom has built-in cabinetry and ample closet space. The generous open floor plan provides you with central air, a living room, dinning room, decorative fireplace, a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) as well as a full kitchen.

A spacious deck for outdoor entertaining is right out front along with a table and chairs (a gas grill is provided on the ground-level ) There is plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space with Main House for laundry and beach items) on the first floor.

The ocean is steps away and your evening can be filled with star gazing or enjoying a fun night out on the town! And, of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower!
