Beautiful holiday home on a large lakeside plot near Kvicksund in Södermanland. Here you live with a marvellous view of Lake Mälaren, Sweden's third largest lake. You share the property with the owner, who has dogs. A private, sheltered headland and a private bathing jetty are included. You have access to a motorboat and a boathouse.



Right next door is the Askholmen nature reserve with oak slopes, meadows and hiking trails. The house has all amenities and 6 beds, one of which is in the living room. Large terrace overlooking the water, dining room with fireplace for cosy evenings and an open, modern kitchen with wood-burning stove.



For golf lovers there are three nearby golf courses, Torshälla GK, Sundbyvik GK and Mälarbadens GK, and the possibility to play pay-and-play. Mälarbadens also has a sandy beach and a playground. The nearest grocery shop and restaurant can be found in Kvicksund, about 15 minutes' drive away.

In the town of Eskilstuna you can visit the famous Rademacher smithy, take a boat trip on the steamboat Gerda and visit the manor house at Karolinergården Lagersberg.
