This is a perfect home for any Austin amazing adventure! SXSW, ACL, F1, MotoGP, UT Longhorn football, baseball games and graduations, dive bars, conventions, live music, exploring the amazing art scene and all of the best food, BBQ (Franklin's BBQ is just a few blocks from the property), extensive food trucks. Rainey Street is about a mile from the property and is lined with eateries and bars.

Welcome Austin visitors. Our modern home is located in a perfect spot on the East side of Austin and offers the city’s most eclectic vibe, with quick access to downtown either walking, biking, via ride sharing companies (Uber & Lyft), car2go or a pedicab.
Our modern style home is cozy, spacious, open, comfortable, and extremely clean. You'll be enjoying 4 rooms ALL upstairs with access to a private 3 full bathrooms. We offer high speed Wi-Fi, living areas, kitchen, dining room, feel free to enjoy the amazing lounging space to relax and recover.
We are situated on a quiet neighborhood with large trees and tons of character but is close downtown, to University of Texas, the State Capitol, Dell Children's Hospital, Mueller trails, shopping, town lake, food trucks and more. Very easy access to several main highways (IH-35, US 290, US 183).
The kitchen is equipped with all the essential kitchen tools, so you can enjoy preparing a meal for your family/friends.

Guest access:

Our house offers clean linens and towels, washer and dryer, office space, wine cellar for storing your libations, entertainment, huge backyard, iron, hair dryer, charging strip, coffee and tea station, (coffee and bottle waters). Private bath, dining room, kitchen, and living areas. Plenty of street parking available.
Enjoy the full use of our space and feel at home. Feel free to use our WI-FI for your enjoyment and spend some time working from home. Ample parking space in front of the house or street parking and you're always just a step away from going downtown on a whim.

Other things to note
Perfectly located for any special event or just to visit and explore. 1 mile from UT and the new Dell teaching hospital. 1.3 miles to the heart of downtown. Easy freeway access and just 10 minutes to the airport. So convenient!
We are 1.2 miles to famous 6th street or a 2 minute cab or ride share from anything downtown has to offer. We are also less than a 100 feet from public transportation. May new retail shops and restaurants across 12th street and a local convenience store is next door.
