The house is distributed over two floors, nicely furnished and offers a large fenced garden. On the spacious terraces with direct access to the garden you can relax while enjoying a good wine or sunbathing on deck chairs. The village center can also be reached on foot via the beaches and at 3 km away await the amusement parks of Lake Garda, fun for young and old. The house is a good starting point to visit the art cities of Verona (25 km) with the beautiful Arena, where interesting cultural events take place (concerts of international artists, opera), and the famous balcony of Julia's house; Mantova (50 km) with the majestic Basilica di Sant 'Andrea, rich in frescoes, and the ancient church Rotonda di San Lorenzo; Vicenza (80 km) with the Palladian Basilica, Palazzo Chiericati (Unesco World Heritage Site) with its art gallery, and the Basilica of Monte Berico; The charming city of Venice (140 km) with its characteristic canals, the beautiful Piazza San Marco and the great palaces.
