Inside, you'll find a spacious open floor plan where the living room steals the show with comfortable furniture, an inviting atmosphere, and comfort. It offers two sofas, an armchair, and a TV with cable, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply hanging out with the ones you love. The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new, stainless steel appliances and everything the chef of the group could need to surprise everyone with cost-saving, yet delicious meals. There are two coffee makers available, a 12 cup Mr. Coffee and one cup Keurig. The breakfast bar adds two additional dining spaces to the six-person dining table. Take in the desert air out on your private balcony or stroll over to the shared pool to cool off. This condo features two bedrooms, each one with its own TV and ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
