This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. The house comes with 4 bikes and a max of 10 WaterColor amenity wristbands. People ages 5 and up are required to have wristbands. Children under 5 are free.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Welcome to 108 Silver Laurel Way! Located in WaterColor's most desired Park District, just a few minutes from Seaside and the beach, this 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house can comfortably sleep 10 guests. It's on a quiet street that backs up to Seaside and its nature trails. The interior is incredibly spacious, with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The front patio invites guests in with a cozy porch swing, perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee.
Inside, find hardwood floors and shiplap walls lining the living area and entryway. The gourmet kitchen is updated with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests for a meal, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Find a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom down the hall, as well as the second guest room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed.
Upstairs, there is an additional primary suite and bunk nook with a twin-over-full bunk bed and flat-screen TV. The primary suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot bathtub, and a private, covered balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
Guests can enjoy using the grill in the backyard and gather around the outdoor seating area to enjoy an alfresco meal style. Three adult bikes are provided—perfect for riding around the many nature trails surrounding WaterColor or to the beach. You'll also have access to the recently renovated WaterColor Beach Club and neighborhood pools. SECOND FLOOR
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower and Tub Separate
- Bunk Area: Twin over Full Bunk Bed
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and Beach Habitats 30A fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow animals in this home. The failure to adhere to this rule will allow for immediate eviction and loss of deposit. The guest is fully responsible for all damages.
