Thank you for the 5 Star Review! Our beautiful Watercolor Beachside Unit 5 has undergone numerous updates!! All the bathrooms have been fully renovated, we've added a new dining room table, new living room furniture, and updated lighting fixtures throughout the unit. Our unit is located in the heart of Watercolor with only a short walk to the renovated Watercolor Inn, shops, restaurants, and only a block from Seaside! We happy you enjoyed our unit, your stay and look forward to having you stay with us again!

Beachside units have their own private pool and private beach access making it convenient for all guests. We're happy you and your family enjoyed staying in our beautiful unit! On the day of your arrival, we complete three detailed inspections—beginning with a comprehensive maintenance check, followed by two quality assurance walkthroughs by our home inspection team. If anything needs attention during the initial inspection, it’s promptly addressed to make sure your stay starts off on the right foot.
