Thanksgiving family time. Plenty of room. Loved beach access and restaurants nearby. Lovely place but needs some updating, i.e. need more pots/pans,refrigerator ice/water did not work at all which was very inconvenient but outside icemaker was great, some peeling paint on bannisters and trimwork. All in all had a wonderful time and would rent again.

The location of the house was fantastic. However the bicycle that were provided all had flat tires and the hand pump was broken.so we couldn’t use those unless we wanted to buy a new pump. The upper level deck was missing spindles and we were traveling with young children which made it dangerous to go out. A lot of the outdoor lighting didn’t work. The downstairs bedroom was like a sauna all weekend. No matter what we did to try and fix it. We ended up buying a fan. The yard had a small fenced area that was completely broken and playing against the bushes so we had to leash the dog when they went out. One of the beds upstairs was broken and sunk down in the middle so we really couldn’t comfortably use it. You can definitely tell that is is a rental property it needs maintenance.

My visit was from 14 to 17 Aug 2025. My brother initiated this trip as he loved fishing. 17 of us was scheduled by sadly my brother passed away prior to the trip. We (16 men) family and friends followed through in his honor and I must say it was an experience that one will never forget. The accommodations were great and location was perfect! The views were magnificent! Communication with the host was a breeze. We would definitely come back but after bragging about our trip I’m sure we will need a larger place; as others have already expressed interest in making this an annual event in his honor.

Great house super close to private beach! Beds were really comfortable! Had a few minors issues upon arrival but host took care of them promptly and the week’s stay was awesome! Highly recommend!

Family Member Graduation Vacation Celebration.My Family of ten and one fur baby really enjoyed our stay of 4 nights in Ron and Dana’s beautiful home, it accommodated us all comfortably, we were very happy to all be under one roof. From booking, check in, stay and check out, all went smoothly with no issues. We arrived a little early and Ron and Dana were nice to let us check in early. We loved the beach being just a short walk across the street. The weather was beautiful along with everything about our stay! Thank you Ron and Dana for the memories my Family and I were all able to make in your beautiful home!!!

Beautiful property very close to the beach

This property was everything they said it would be. My family had a wonderful time and it was extremely clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and the hot tub was a huge hit. We will be reserving again very soon.

Perfect location. Awesome vaca house.

We loved everything about our stay. Ron and Dana are very kind and helpful hosts. The house is gorgeous and clean. They had plenty of beach chairs and a hose right out front for easy sand clean up. The hot tub and tv out back are fabulous features. We had a great week and truly didn't want to head back home. Thanks again!

Spring break

Nice house with nice amenities and good location but would have been a lot more relaxing if everything was checked and working before we got there so I didn’t have to constantly text the manager. Hot tub, disposal, dishwasher and faucet handle all needed fixed

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed for our Family Thanksgiving, and it was very accomdating with all 13 of us and our dog. We loved the space and definitely the location. The host Dana and Rob were super helpful and response was very quick if you had an question or concern. We loved it and we definitely will be returning.

Great beach weekend

We had a blast staying here, very close beach access and awesome in-ground hot-tub. Also plenty of bed space for a big group. Would love to come stay here again in the future!

Horrible Communication in a Convenient Location

We arrived at 4:10 pm (check-in was 4pm), and saw numerous vehicles in the driveway. I called the host, and received no answer. When I messaged and inquired on a status I was told that the housekeepers were behind and would be done “within the hour” (the house was not ready until almost 530). I then asked if i could be access the refrigerator to store some perishable goods that needed to remain cool, and was told I could not due to insurance reasons. I said it would have been nice to have been informed of the delayed check-in and was told “I agree. You found out when I did.” Which means that there was no communication between the host and housekeeping staff until I inquired after check-in. I asked what is the remedy that is given by the host when check in is not granted at the promised time and was told that housekeeping staff clean 6-8 houses per day and the check in time is “generally 4-6pm.” I do not recall seeing this noted on the check-in time or in the description before I paid for the booking. It would have been nice to know. A late check-out was offered, but could not be utilized by any of the party due to prior Commitments. Around 6:45 pm a member of the housekeeping staff attempted to enter the premises using the keypad. We had no idea she was coming. She came to change the sheets on a bed that one of the member of our party had already napped on. I reached out to the host to let them know what happened and to express my concern. Still waiting on a response

Great spaces to relax and hang out together

Our group had a great week of vacation at the house! The hot tub, back patio, and deck spaces are fabulous. The 5 king rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The other two bedrooms provide great spaces for children/teens. Easy access to the beach and pool/volleyball/tennis. The private beach space is limited, so set your chairs up early.

Very recommended

We had a very nice stay. The house and amenities are just like the pictures. Everything was clean and just steps from the beach. Ron and Dana were very helpful when we needed them. I would definitely come back.
