Amazing resort condominium at The Residences, located at the Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort.
Description: Fully furnished and stylishly appointed unit, fully equipped expanded kitchen with bar and laundry. 42 Inch Flat screen and surround system. Living/dining quarters with sleeper sofa, full bath, two full bedrooms with 2 full private baths, ample closet space, and private balcony.

We had a great stay at Divi Golf and Beach condo. Oscar was very responsive to any questions. The condo itself has some wear and tear in places but we weren’t bothered and it was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Would stay here again if we ever come back!

We had a wonderful time. There are a few things needing repair in the condo but none of that impacted our enjoyment of the island or the resort. In fact we have already booked for next year.

Oscar was great to work with and very quick to respond with all of my many questions. The resort is nice and just so you know the beach is actually right across the main road but very walkable or there are shuttles. Check out all the pools because you might find one you like better than others. We prefer ones that are less busy so we did not ever go to the main big pool.The unit definitely needs some updates. It’s very old. The beds were super comfortable though. I would suggest to the owners to provide some extra bath towels as well as a couple kitchen towels. There was only one kitchen towel and it was not the type that dries dishes very well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with whatever you need. There are three beach chairs and one soccer type chair. There was a set of snorkel gear, and one extra set of goggles, which was nice to have. Overall, it was a good trip. I just think the unit itself needs some updates.

Excellent location

The property was clean, easy check in, there were four adults and plenty of room for all, two bedrooms & three bathrooms, the residents at the Divi Golf was very good, looked at golf course, infinity pool were steps away ,great location I would definitely go back again.

Great property!

The property was well maintained. We loved the area it was close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. Check in and out was very convenient.

Aruba reunion

Six couples staying in various buildings. Our accommodations were perfect for two couples. A bit of a walk to get to beach however there were golf cart shuttles if needed.

Excellent stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at Divi. The pools and beach are great. Everyone so friendly. You don’t really need to leave the property at all! Oscar was very available and helpful.

Great stay at Divi resort

We visit Aruba annually. Stayed at this resort for the first time. It was wonderful. Oscar did a great job checking us in, answering any questions during our stay, and checking us out. We would certainly stay at this property again.

Great place for a family!

The view out back was beautiful: golf course, palm trees, and a lovely little river. The condo was nice; we liked that there were three bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms totaling three large beds. The amenities at Divi are great. The gym is literally on the beach and has incredible views. The restaurants are great, especially Mulligan's and Seabreeze. Pool is very nice and the cafe at the pool is great. Well-kept, beautiful and clean property. We would love to come back.

Amazing week at Divi Golf

My family of 6 had an amazing stay at the Divi Golf. Oscar welcomed us when we arrived and even helped set us up with transportation from the airport to the resort. The place was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all. The kitchen and washer and dryer were helpful to have when traveling with children. We will definitely be back to this location! I highly recommend it.

Family Get Away

The property was plenty large enough for our family of 4. 3 Bathrooms/showers make getting cleaned up for dinner quick and easy. Communication with property management using whatsapp was easy and effective. We look forward to returning another time.

Lovely location, very spacious!

Our 1st stay in this beautiful location! The unit provides everything you need during your stay with comfort and views. The walk to the Sandpiper Bar is less than half a mile; Shuttles are available if preferred. Oscar & Georgina were easy to communicate with. Easy check in & check out. We are already booked for our next stay.

Works good for our Aruba time

Oscar and Georgina are wonderful to answer our questions, with a quick response. Taxi availability for dinners out as well as to and from airport were great! There is only 1 safe for 4 adults that is small and inconvenient. Bring kitchen towels and food storage bags.

We will be back!

The property was exactly what was described. The hosts were very nice and helpful! There is everything you need to prepare meals in condo, including a gas grill on the patio which is perfect for outdoor dining. All of the employees at the resort were very nice and helpful. There is a musty oder to the air and furniture because of the proximity to the water so if you are sensitive, it may a good idea to bring fabric/air freshener.

Great condo

We have been traveling to Aruba for the last 13 years. This was our first time in this particular condo unit and loved it. The unit is clean and well appointed and Olga & Georgina very accommodating and always available via WhatsApp. The only negative is the pull out couch, which truly needs to be replaced. We could not use it as a bed. However, the 3 other beds were very comfortable. If you are a party of six or less, sleeping as 2 in each bed, this condo is terrific! We will rent here again.

We, 4 adults, had a great 7 night stay. This condo is very comfortable with nice amenities. Bed was comfortable with several pillows ranging from hard and flat to soft. We had great communication with the host through WhatsApp. This condo is located in a beautiful resort with multiple pools and restaurants with a short 2 min walk to the Infinity pool that has a swim up bar & grill. The resort shuttle was great to use to get around the Divi property. All staff we encountered at the resort were fantastic. Ling Market is only a couple miles away as is Super Foods but more crowded. I wish we would have received the Welcome letter a few days earlier to bring needed additional items for our stay and set up WhatsApp for others. I don’t think the number of products (not specified) provided depend on how long your stay is, so depending on how many nights you are staying and how much you are eating in the condo or if ordering housekeeping, I would bring the following: a couple small travel soaps for the bathroom sinks when the ones provided need changing. Paper towel (only small or partial roll provided) or napkins. I brought a swedish dish cloth for hand washing items which came in handy. Kitchen drawstring garbage bags (small clear office provided). Kleenex if like to use (husband has allergies). Maybe a couple additional washer pods to wash towels provided or other laundry. Possibly a couple toilet paper rolls. Conditioner (maybe shampoo depending on usage).

Outstanding Condo at Divi Golf and Beach

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and I would definitely recommend it. Communication with the owner was great, they checked in to see how we were and if we needed anything. There was more than enough room for everyone. One large bedroom had 2 king beds, another bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a pull out queen. The kitchen has everything you would need - all appliances look new. It is a quick walk to the beach - less than 10 minutes. The restaurant onsite Mulligans has excellent food. The pool there is huge and clean with a swim up bar. There was nothing not to like about the condo and the entire complex. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus as we did not need to bring a huge amount of clothing with us. One of the best things was the check in/out process. We met one of their reps Zack at the condo and did not have to go wait in the line at the check in desk and he gave us the pool and room cards and explained everything to us. We will be coming back for sure.

Residences at the Golf are managed separately from the conventional Golf Resort. Regardless, the management of this property is smooth and operates w/ the rest of the resort seamlessly. All amenities are contained. Having 2 King beds in one of the bedrooms was huge. We had 7 people and could not have done it if those Kings were doubles or twins. Clean, laundry inside the unit, full kitchen, Living room, 3 bathrooms. All were great
