Fantastic 2-bedroom condo a short walk to Eagle Beach

This well-kept and fully furnished two-story luxury condo is located in Aruba Breeze Condominiums. The unit features two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two community pools with a grilling area. If you are looking for a workcation place, we have internet speeds of 150-200 Mbps, a monitor, keyboard, and a desk in the primary bedroom.

In the evenings, this complex is typically very quiet; no need to worry about getting woken up in the middle of the night. If you are looking for fun, a short walk to have a drink during happy hour at a beach bar, visit a Casino or one of the many shops nearby. There are several great restaurants you can walk to, Screaming Eagle, Elements, and Waters Edge, to name a few.

Upon entering this corner-unit condominium you will find yourself in a spacious open-concept living and dining room that leads to a fully equipped kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances e.g. stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, and dishes. Amenities include wifi internet, cable TV, gym, and free secured parking space with a coded gate.

Upstairs, you will find the Guest and Primary bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and closet space. The Primary has a private balcony overlooking the pool area, the perfect spot to lounge and enjoy the breeze. The condo comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, is fully air-conditioned, and has all towels/linens, and beach equipment for your vacation!

Aruba Breeze condos are in the low-rise area, about halfway between the high-rise hotels at Palm Beach and Oranjestad and directly behind the new Iberostar resort. Aruba’s bus line has a stop on JE Irausquin Blvd, and for a few dollars, you can make your way to some of the most popular locations on the island.

The place was in a great location and was spotlessly clean. It was great that there were 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates/utensils. The wagon and beach chairs/umbrellas were also great. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. There were also lots of restaurants close by, many were within walking distance. Overall a great stay and I was very pleased with the condo. The only negatives were that there weren't enough towels provided, and the couches in the living room were not comfortable to sit on. It would help if there were a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room area in place of the smaller couch. A box of Kleenex or two would also be nice. These are minor issues though.

Great private location just steps to Eagle Beach. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. We had no issues during our stay. Pool is right outside the door (and there is a second one as well).

Apartment is very nice. You have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is just a short walk to Eagle beach, which is considered one of the best around the world. Just behind the new 5 star Iberostar Joia, where you can find upscale cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar with a nice view. Right there you have also the Screaming Eagle restaurant, which we appreciated very much.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed the location so close to Eagle Beach.The place was very well equipped with everything you needed for the beach including chairs and a wagon and cooler. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.We had the pool almost all to ourselves for most of the week and the staff kept the place immaculate.The only issue was a slight mildue smell. The aircon in the master bedroom was leaking when we got there on a Sunday. Monday morning someone was there to fix it and we didn't have any other issues the rest of the week.

This place was perfect for my family of 5! Everything we needed was there. From chairs to bring to the beach to coolers, paper products, towels, washer and dryer. I particularly enjoyed the quiet ambiance, very family friendly unit and complex. The owner was very attentive. The pool is amazing and we truly enjoy our stay. So much, we are planning our next trip already! Thank you!

Check-in was great with our host meeting us to give us some tips and tour the place answering any questions we had. Lots of positives - The place was clean and had all the things we needed in the kitchen and paper products in the washroom and kitchen. It was great having a fold up wagon, 4 beach chairs and some loungers as well. The pools were nice. The location is just a 5 minute walk to Eagle beach which is the best beach on the island. Some negatives included The beach towels had a fishy smell and were quite old. There was very loud drilling and banging next door that would wake us up at 7am, and would continue all day where at points we couldn’t watch tv or talk to each other. We found a cockroach on our second morning as well. Overall the location and place was great and when the construction finishes it will be much better and more relaxing.

Last minute stay

We decided on a last minute trip to Aruba and found Jerry’s place. Communication was great and condo was nicely located near Eagle Beach. We had a great time exploring the island. There is construction taking place at the condo next to Jerry’s, but did not impact our trip as we were out most of the day.

First trip to Aruba

I was very satisfied with the location of the condo. The condo was very clean, stocked with basic essentials including beach towels, chairs and wagon. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

Our first time visiting Aruba. We loved the location and found that we didn’t need a rental car. The property was lovely and the condo was well stocked. We appreciated the wagon and beach chairs. We didn’t have to purchase many paper products. The host was helpful answering questions and providing information and helpful links. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location & easy process

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is an easy walk to Eagle beach, which is much more beautiful and less crowded than palm beach, and is in a good spot if you want to rent a vehicle and explore the island. Condo worked well for our family of 5. Modern, clean and the beach amenities were a nice touch. Communication with owner and property manager was easy and helpful. Would stay again. Eagle Beach condo

This has been one of the best stays we've ever had. The condo is literally less than 5 mins from the beach. It drops you right into the south portion of eagle, which has less of a crowd and very quiet. The condo it self was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was functional and ready to go. I contacted Jerry the day before checking out and asked if we could get a late check out, due to the shuttle service not picking us up till 1pm. He quickly replied and said yes. We checked in with the property manager who was able to push our check out walk thru till 1230. We will definitely try and book the same unit on our next stay. Thanks Jerry

Great Location

This condo complex is in a great location and is well kept. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The only concern is the amount of construction in the area which is going to bring in many more people that will end up crowding Eagle Beach which is currently not crowded.

There is a lot of new construction going on around the property making it a bit unsightly. We stayed here for one night on the way to an all inclusive experience. It was quiet and clean and everything we needed for a short stay. If you arrive on a Sunday make sure to plan for food as most things surrounding close early.

As Advertised!

This place is exactly as advertised and listed. Wonderful condo inside of a friendly, gated area. The walk to the beach is a leisurely 7-minute stroll, and it may be the BEST spot on the BEST beach. It was great to have access to everything we needed for the beach, at this condo. Close walk to some of the best restaurants on the island including Zuchini's, Chalet Suisse, and Screaming Eagle. The pool is great, if not a little quaint, and quite often private. Overall a very good, safe, and relaxing place to stay when visitjng Aruba. We will be back!
