The spacious, relaxing, and very bright Villa Solemar is located on the heights of Calella, in a very quiet residential area, overlooking the magnificent El Golfet beach and close to Cap Roig (festival and botanical garden).
Its rooms are air-conditioned, and the salt-water pool is heated seasonally.
Its large bay windows and two terraces all offer impressive views of the sea, the bay and its lush vegetation, and the hill of Llafranc (a small neighboring fishing village) and its lighthouse.
You can admire the magnificent sunrises and red moons, the lights of Llafranc hill and its lighthouse, the life of the boats on the water, and, in the evening, the cruise ship dance. So many different spectacles and scenes.
You feel so at home here that it can be difficult to move.

It's a good 10-minute walk to El Golfet beach and 25 minutes to the center of Calella (there are two staircases at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, one for the beach, the other for the village).
For walkers, taking the paths through the Cap Roig pine forest, you can access magnificent beaches and wild coves, including Cala Estreta, and continue to the beautiful, large sandy beach of Castell.

The villa is equipped with solar panels for self-consumption (washing machines are therefore preferred during the day).
Access to the swimming pool for young children is under the full supervision and responsibility of parents. Sliding doors allowing access to the ground floor terrace and swimming pool must remain closed if no adults are using them.
Smoking is of course allowed outside on the terraces.
Catalonia has declared a “state of exception” in the face of an unprecedented drought. Numerous restrictions are imposed, including a limit on overall water consumption set at 230 liters per day and per person. We therefore invite you to consume water responsibly.
