This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1630 sq foot home is perfect for a family get away. Located on a canal, within minutes to open water of Tampa Bay. You will enjoy everything that Apollo Beach has to offer. The house is fully equipped with updated appliances and stocked with linens, towels, dish & glassware, pots & pans. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Enjoy a quiet evening in the living room on one of 4 recliners, watching your favorite shows on the 65 inch smart TV or relax on the huge screened lanai listening to the serene sounds of the water. After a full day of activities, slip into the 6 person spa and let it rejuvenate you with its warm water and massaging jets. This pet friendly home is located in a neighborhood that is perfect for a jog, walking your dog or biking. There’s a private beach/nature preserve at the end of the boulevard to enjoy a breathtaking sunset as well as nearby shoppes and restaurants. Beautiful gulf beaches are a 40 minute drive away, downtown Tampa, 25 minutes. Boats up to 25 feet can be easily accommodated at the dock and your trailer can be parked in the driveway. There is a boat ramp located 1.4 miles from the house.

Lovely home in a comfortable setting.

Everything you need is here with a very nice view of the water. The host was very responsive and had helpful tips for the area. I’d recommend this property to anyone.

Apollo Beach home

Very nice, comfortable home on one of the many canals near Tampa Bay. It has a great screened-in porch overlooking the canal. The owner is friendly and responsive. We stayed for five weeks and had a thoroghly enjoyable vacation here.

Laura was a great Hostess. She was kind and anything we needed she was there to help. The house was clean and nice. The house has a good supply of items for your stay. If we are ever back in thi area we would definately rent this place again.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay to enjoy my daughter’s wedding in Tampa. Everything was great! Very comfortable for my family and had all the little things we needed! Beautiful views of the canal! Close to everything we needed and more! Laura was a gem!

Great house on a canal

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this home. Laura is a very attentive host and quickly addressed the few minor issues that popped up. The place, including the hot tub was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed, which we appreciated since we like to cook often when we stay in a VRBO. The living space and beds were comfortable. The location is very well suited for trips to St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota. It's also a 10 minute drive from the Manatee Viewing Center, which is a fun visit during cooler months and which also has some good walking trails. We recommend a stay in this place!

Quiet setting

We were a group of two couples. Property was very much as advertised. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had some spices, oils and condiments. Beds were comfortable, we thought the pillows could use an upgrade. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. Did not have soap or shampoo so bring your own. In particular we liked the screened in porch. Lots of space there and a nice little gas grill. Very comfortable area. There is a Publix supermarket near by and a few restaurants. We really liked Fins for good food and outdoor dining. The host Laura was great to deal with and lives close by. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Solid place

Traveled with the family. We've stayed at lots of VRBO's, so it's not as good as several others we've stayed at, but it's a good/solid place. Neighborhood appears safe. Cleanliness is important to us and this place was clean. Check-in process wasn't as good as other places. I don't think we've every stayed at a place where we had to meet the owner (to get a key) in person to get into the house. All others have been keyless entry, or a key was left in a lock box of some sort. Also, some shower supplies would be nice to have (little shampoos, conditioners, soap, etc). There was none of that, only left overs from what appeared to be past guests, which is strange to us. Bed in master bedroom needs a new mattress, in our opinion, and upgrade to a king size.

Family fun getaway

Outstanding property. We'll stocked home ready for incoming family. We arrive with our boat (easy launching and docking). The house is a short putt putt out to main channel out to the bay. We enjoyed a cruise to Egmont Key one day. Great Fishing the next. Hot tub gave us a relaxing evening. Will definitely look at renting here again in the near future. Thanks Laura for the great vacation home you provided us.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying in the canal home. The house is very beautiful and Ms. Laura provided all of the necessities for us to feel at home. She was the sweetest and amazing to work with! Our favorite parts about the house were the large screened in patio, and the water view with the dock. We loved fishing there!! It was a great home away from home while we took our kitty for a specialized treatment. Thank you!

My husband and I have owned and operated this property for 5 years and have enjoyed hosting the many guests that have stayed at the house. We have lived in Florida for the past 30 years, raised our family and are now starting to enjoy the time that being older allows. We absolutely love the gulf coast and all it offers. One never gets tired of the amazing sunsets !

The neighborhood is a quiet, family oriented and pet friendly place. The location can't be beat with waterways(canals) behind every house that take you directly to the Bay. The peacefulness that comes with each evening is something that everyone quickly gets used to.

The Canal house was fully renovated and updated with every amenity that one can imagine. It is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every visit. The bathrooms and kitchen are fully stocked with just about everything needed for a stress free and relaxing stay. You can bring your boat, leave it at the dock and park your trailer in the very large driveway. There's a boat launch conveniently located a mile down the road.
