A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment will incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
