With additional, shared gathering space, this well-decorated and refreshed condo feels even more spacious than it already is.

A massive ski area map hangs on the wall in the living space, a reminder of the adventures that await you just steps from your door. Cozy, comfortable, and convenient, Boomerang 11 is the perfect place for friends or families looking for the ideal mountain escape.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus that circles town and will take the guests to the Gondola. The closest bus stop is in front of the grocery store, "Clarks", just down the block.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
