The Space:
Trade winds drift through open windows as ocean and bay views unfold from the 36th floor - a calm, elevated perch above the pulse of Waikiki. Morning light catches the water early, and by evening the cityscape below glows in every direction. This is island living with perspective, where the beach is steps away but the view makes staying in just as appealing.
The space
This entire one-bedroom, one-bath condo is designed for comfort and ease. The open living area flows directly onto a private lanai furnished for outdoor dining or slow mornings with coffee and a view. A window AC unit keeps things cool year-round, fast wifi (201 Mbps, verified) supports streaming and remote work, and the smart TV is ready for unwinding after long days out.
Sleeping arrangements
Up to four guests sleep comfortably here. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and fitted with a king-size bed, closet, dresser, and nightstands. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and extra pillows and blankets help ensure restful nights.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking easy - whether that's a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or a relaxed dinner in. An LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, blender, rice maker, drip coffee maker, and hot water kettle are all on hand. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a baking sheet round things out. A dining table and countertop seating give everyone a comfortable place to gather, and coffee is provided to get your morning started.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom features a walk-in shower along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products provided for your arrival. Paid washers and dryers are available on each floor of the building, making laundry convenient during longer stays.
Building amenities
The building offers an outdoor pool, shared hot tub (open 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and shared sauna. An electric BBQ grill, sun loungers, and outdoor dining area are also available. Beach essentials - including towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your use. An outdoor playground is on-site for younger guests. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available in the building, and an elevator services the entire property.
Parking & access
Free garage parking for one vehicle is included. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward, and the condo is single-level with no interior stairs. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.
