ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Very clean, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Parking was easy. The elevators were quick. You can see the ocean from the room. It was a great spot for my sisters and I for our trip.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location and the condition of the vacation rental. My family had a great time staying here and would definitely book again, even though it was a bit of a hassle to get up and down because elevators were down or was busy at times. The view of the water was amazing! Don’t have any complaints about this unit, but I’d recommend upgrading the kitchen and living rug. I also think upgrading the sleeping sofa would be a good idea, since it’s stained and not very comfortable to sleep on.

Unfortunate situations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying @ Waikiki Banyan could have been great, but weather conditions caused multiple bad situations including ceilings to leak causing water damage on the floors. We had 2 emergency fire alarm . Storm caused power outages, no electricity, or hot water. one elevator in service, waiting time to get on was 30 min or more. Eventually having to cxl rez & move out.

We are so sorry for everything you experienced during your stay. This is truly not the Oahu welcome anyone deserves. The leaking ceiling, fire alarms, power outages, and elevator situation were all building-related issues outside of our direct control, but we understand that doesn't make it any less frustrating to live through. The location is wonderful, the unit was very clean, the view was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have a few items for cooking. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc, but the only condiment was salt. A small bottle of cooking oil and a few spices would be nice. I would definitely recommend the unit to friends or family.

Perfect location…

I cannot say enough good things bout this condo! It was very clean and the views were breathtaking during the day and at night. It was really clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect…it’s within walking distance of the beach, shops, and food places. The only thing that would have been nice if we had extra linens to change the sheets. Aside from that it was perfect and we would definitely book again!

Stay was pleasant

Many plusses about this unit, which was close to the top floor in a high rise with wonderful views. Communication with the renter was excellent. Parking was on site and straightforward. Four rather than five stars overall because we felt the unit did not have a modern electrical set up, including too few electrical outlets and no accommodation for digital plugs. Since this was a work-vacation trip, the sparse electrical capabilities were a hindrance.

Clean and Comfy

This property is just like it is listed. The unit is comfy and clean. The views are spectacular as you can see the ocean easily. Eating on the balcony was an enjoyable treat. Laundry is at the end of the hall for use.

Excellent location & ocean view

I’d give it 99% of satisfaction. 1% was held because the sharp corners of bed frame drawers are extrusive that our feet have bumped into them a few times and bled a little. Everything else is perfect!

Perfect Vacation

We had the most amazing time visiting O’ahu for the first time. The condo was perfect. Everything was updated and modern. The condo was roomy. My boys didn’t want to share a bed so we bought an inflatable mattress for the living room as there was plenty of room! The bathroom was big with plenty of counter space and drawers. The view was amazing both day and night! It was only a short walk to the beach and to everything Waikiki has to offer. There is a store downstairs that has all the necessities you might need at the last minute. We will be back to stay here again!

Cute Space w/Walking Distance to the Beach

Super cute place, beds are super comfy. We did run out of tp and hand soap with in 4 days. I feel like more should be provided for a week stay. I also wish there was beach chairs included. We bought a beach chair and 2 boogie boards and left them in the closet for future guests. The beach umbrella was fantastic to have. I love when things that are a must at the beach are provided in the condo when traveling. Loved the condo and the short distance to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also loved that parking was included.

Just The Ticket

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family travelled from Brisbane and Auckland for our holiday to celebrate my grandsons 21 st. Check in was good with communication through email with door code etc. Apartment was just as seen in photos. The shower handle came off when turned, and the ranch slider to deck was stiff and hard to slide. I messaged manager and then my family went out for a walk. Great Stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon and for the most part really enjoyed the place! We left a raft and beach board for future guest! Pros: clean, great view, nice girl (she was pregnant, I unfortunately didn't get name) in office of the property company-very helpful/friendly for me picking up my amazon package, location, amenities, comfortable beds, TV set up with streaming service (you just log into your own), pool, hot tubs, coffee bar and convenient store in hotel. Cons: 2 different nights the emergency evacuation alarm went off. Being on one of the top floors, this was a mess..there was no direction at all for guest. I spoke with other frequent visitors and locals who said thjs happens ALL the time for this place. The first night the alarm went off, it was 4am and one night later 7pm. It was chaos and honestly we would not stay here again because of the frequency of this happening. One local who lives next door said the towers evacuate at LEAST 2x a month! The elevators froze often as well. The futon in the living room is pretty stiff and the TV doesn't swivel so you can watch TV in bed unfortunately.
