Quiet neighborhood featuring large back yard with gas grill and patio for tranquil outdoor relaxing. Newly furnished living room, fully stocked kitchen with separate dining area. King bed master and guest bedroom with queen-both with spacious closets. Climate controlled Florida room with sleeper sofa and full glass slider for added privacy. We also provide two bikes and varying beach accessories.

1.8 miles to Englewood Beach on Manasota Key and all it has to offer, from peaceful morning walks to spectacular sunsets! Great restaurants and nightlife with three other beaches to suit your individual loves of sun, sand, shelling and the Gulf! Stump Pass Beach State Park on the key is a nature lovers paradise!

Nearby Lemon Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway offer endless options for activities on the water and a genuine appreciation of their unique natural beauty.

**NOTE** Boat and trailer parking is not allowed due to deed restricted neighborhood

Perfect Getaway

So close to everything including multiple beaches, ymca, amazing sunsets, and great local food. Home very clean and was perfect!

Great location!

We loved our home away from home. Excellent location near the beach, shopping and restaurants. Garage is fully stocked for any beach adventure.

Great location

My stay was wonderful! House very neat and clean. Beach less than two miles and groceries les than a half mile. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home, and would book again in the future.

We were lucky to find this property. The house was immaculate, decorated with care and thought, and every amenity was provided. Our communication with the owners was excellent and accurate. The location was great for beach and restaurant access.

Great Place!!!!!

Centrally located between the beaches, Dearborn St and shopping and restaurants. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Was equipped with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, easy to communicate with. Will defiantly stay here again. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Perfectly Comfortable

I need to stay in Venice for a week for work purposes. We stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was the house comfortable and pleasant, but the host was amazing! They communicated everything and made the stay even better. When I go back to Venice again to work, I will do my best to stay at the same place!!

A sweet little house

We loved our stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully, had everything we could have wanted & the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the gorgeous beach. Having friends in the area was a huge plus, as we enjoyed meals, sunset and beach/pool days together. Vickie was very attentive and checked with phone calls before, during and after our stay We will be back!

Quite little house

We absolutely LOVED this home and the owners. The neighbors were exceptionally nice and the home was beyond expectations. The owners were very prompt with answering questions and texts. We have stayed in tons of homes and this was by far my absolute favorite! The yard is beautiful and the home is super clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

No Surprises

House is wonderfully clean, everything in order, newly painted. Plenty of room , spacious , great layout, bedrooms very nice size. Quiet neighborhood, good location to beach, stores etc. Owners super friendly, nice and very accommodating.

Clintwood Acres

This is a nice, well-kept house in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Englewood. It has a lovely sunroom in the back and all the amenities most people would need for their stay here. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and it is a short drive to the gulf beach. The owners are very friendly and were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had while we were there. Definitely would recommend this house and the owners if you are thinking about staying in this area.

Convenient to cleanup

The property was even nicer than pictured. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy all it offered as we were there to help with hurricane cleanup. The home was located in a great spot as it was only a mile from the Samaritans purse operation center as well as Publix to get our groceries. We are so glad they only had limited damage at the house and hopefully we’ll be able to visit again when we can enjoy the area and beach more.

Perfect Florida House Near Everything

We enjoyed our visit to your home. It was clean, nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Your central location and proximity to the beach were great. We used the bikes to explore the neighborhood. The washer and dryer were a nice extra. Thanks also for the dinner recommendations. We particularly enjoyed food, music, and sunset at the Lighthouse Grill. We would consider renting from you again. (We might also consider a longer stay when we retire.) Thanks!

Christmas Vacation from Wisconsin

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen well stocked, enjoyed using the outdoor grill - cooked Christmas dinner outdoors in our shorts - cannot do that in Wisconsin. 2 bedrooms, pull out couch, and 2 bathrooms all perfect . Garage bathroom was a little quirky (our boys are all over 6 ft tall so a little tight to move around) but it worked fine. Laundry perfect. 2 bikes, beach toys, chairs, towels, coolers, etc all fantastic. Great small town - no traffic to speak of. Close to grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, & multiple beaches. Easy to learn our way around. Sat out on the front porch chairs each day for morning coffee. LOVELY! Only suggestion would be to add 2 more kitchen chairs to fully accommodate 6 guests. Since the table is a tall table, other chairs in the space don't really work very well. We all agreed we would easily stay here again! Well done!

We fell in love with the neighborhood (and great neighbors!) and the seclusion offered in the rear yard and patio. The close proximity to the beaches, the quaint downtown, so many great restaurants and shops, has been such a bonus and great fun to explore and enjoy!
