If you are looking for a quaint getaway in a quiet part of Manasota key, this is it. While you are close enough walk or bike to the beach and all the restaurant/bars, it’s just far enough away from all the congestion. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean & updated. Truly a great host, they were responsive and provided more items to use than any other VRBO we’ve stayed at!

Jennifer was readily available to answer any questions we had and did not delay in responding. The place was top notch!! Newly renovated with all new appliances, furniture, fixtures and very well stocked. She thought of everything to help make our stay comfortable. If we return to Manasota Key, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our 7 day stay in this beautiful duplex! Decorating is gorgeous, bed delightful and the short walk to beach every morning was priceless. The kitchen was superbly stocked as was the entire unit. The owner/manager has thought of everything! The unit was immaculate, in fact it may be the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in over many years. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, and the lovely patio.Thank you for such a delightful stay.

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Cute. Lots of extras: all the beach gear, sand toys, kayaks, bikes, cooler, grill.

This was a great stay. It was very clean and seemed like a brand new renovation. They provide plenty to do from two bicycles for cruising, a few kayaks and indoor games. The kitchen was stocked if you chose to stay in and cook. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with. We will stay again.

Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are all around you.We went into town and found an awesome Italian place called barbarinos the owners originally from Long Island and food was amazing.The house had everything we needed, nice kitchen and comfortable bed and always fun to use the outdoor shower.We will definitely come back

My friend and I took a quick girls weekend away and stayed at beautiful home. The home itself is decorated beautifully and very clean. It was a pleasure to walk in and see that it was as the pictures indicated. It was so close to the beach, Stump pass and to all of the restaurants. The home was cozy and just very relaxing. The outdoor space was pretty private and shaded well for sitting outside even in the heat. The outdoor shower was amazing and very inviting after being at the beach all day. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed, and even more so than what we used. The beds were comfortable, and just an all around inviting space. The couch bed took us a while to figure out since it opens from the top, and not the bottom. The equipment for the beach was wonderful, except we couldn't find an umbrella top, only the pole. Thankfully we didn't need the umbrella during our stay. The chairs were very comfortable, and made the trips to the beach very easy. I found a ton of sharks teeth at the beach, and enjoyed a beach area that wasn't too busy. We had dinner at The Waverly Restaurant & Bar and the food and the views were amazing. We wanted to park at Stump Pass one day, because we took extra stuff with us, and it opens at 8 AM. By 8:06 we took the last parking spot, so if you want to park there, you need to get there really early. The walk isn't bad though, so if you miss the opportunity to park there you should still go and enjoy the area. Thanks! MJ
