Pros - Amazing view and location We'll stockedCons - No AC (87 degrees in the rental)Not well cleaned (bedding was clean, but found dead bugs on the floor in the bedroom in an obvious spot)We walked into the rental and first saw the amazing view, but quickly realized how hot it was inside, 87 degrees! We found it use to have AC, but never was fixed. We opened the doors for the ocean breeze and turned on the small AC unit and it cooled down to a toasty 85 degrees. We soon learned it wasn't working either. We requested more portable AC units that work so that we could actually stay and sleep there. The handyman came later that evening to install them, he was great. Our first day there was dealing with the AC debacle, blown fuses trying to use the BBQ, finding the electrical panel, cleaning, and trying not to melt. The 2 AC units they put in the bedrooms were good so we could sleep, but during the day we had to haul them out to the main room and place them so the hot air going out the exhaust tube would go out the only place it could... the slider to the balcony, so they were constantly in the way. With all of that it would still warm up to 81 degrees. We could cool down in the ocean, but my disabled father could not. He nearly had a heatstroke.In the end, the owner refused to refund any because they had to buy the AC units (which only benefit them in the future).
