Gorgeous Beach Condo P1615-3

Our quaint beachfront units are directly on the beach, with no roads between the rental and the ocean! There are 5 units in the complex, and they all share a semi-private beach area. It is an upper level unit (with no one above you), and has a huge private balcony spanning the west side of the unit, perfect for sitting out and enjoying the view! Each of the units has a full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Wall unit AC.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Amazing weekend

Just what we hoped for an awesome deck looking at the ocean comfortable beds and relaxing quiet area. Could have used a light over kitchen table for evening activities but we enjoyed everything and will remember it when we come back

Anniversary Getaway

The property was just as described! Great location, all the amenities, very clean. Other renters were quiet and respectful. The weather was perfect and we had a great time!

Right on the ocean

Location was ideal. Away from the noise, just down the street form Buccaneers. Right on the ocean for body surfing, boogie boarding or surfing when the whim arises!

Overall it was one of the best places we ever stayed. We did not receive the code for the gate.Also it was not clean under the bunk bed. There is probably still a pair of male underwear there. We loved the patio! We already made reservations for April. So we loved the place.

Amazing little getaway

The property was perfect. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was on call all weekend for any problems that arouse, and were very friendly.

Dry clean

It was a great place to stay. However, we were not able to utilize the outdoor common areas as the other guests had their wet clothes and towels on all the furniture outside. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Beachfront Beauty

Wonderful condo unit steps from the beach. Immaculately clean. My only complaint is limited parking and the bunk beds in the second bedroom really don’t work for a girls trip. The unit even had air conditioning which was needed over Labor Day heat wave!

Great Stay

The weather didn't cooperate, but the view was spectacular nonetheless and the condo was equipped with puzzles and games, so everyone was happy.

Perfect beach getaway

We sat on the deck for hours! We were there for three nights but wished we were there for a week. We will be back for sure. Already looking for dates.

Great stay

Great location. We stayed in unit 3 and the patio/balcony was the highlight of the apartment. Place as very clean and well equipped. Unit had a bit of a stale/damp smell that are common in places so close to the ocean but small price to pay for such a great view and falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. Aside from the area right outside the units, there isn't really a beach area to walk. There is a public access beach right down the road. It wasn't an issue with us, we never wanted to leave the patio/balcony! The other 3 units all share the common areas but again, it was never an issue with us. Everyone was nice and respectful. Overall, it was a great stay at a great property. Great location. We would stay again!

Beautiful location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this property from beach front only. We were provided with all the needed information for contactless check in. The location was amazing, my children were able to spend a nice time on the beach. The apartment is great in size, but needs a little cosmetic work to be excellent. Non of the less, we loved our time in Oceanside and enjoyed every minute of it. We will for sure return!
