Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 6.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the 3br unit next door should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful condo, very clean but a very small couch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and very clean. Excellent location right across from the elevators. My only complaint would be the seating in the living area, two chairs (neither recline) and the couch was pretty small. Also, the garbage disposal did not work and there is a regular coffee pot rather than a single serve/Keurig. We were only there for 4 mornings so I didn't want to purchase filters and a bag of coffee for the one person in our party who drinks coffee. Kitchen basics were there, just nothing "extra". Overall, a great experience though.

Unit had fans that did not work properly - either did not go on or could not change speed, air fryer did not work, furniture in living room was not comfortable.

Great condo

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. Beds were very comfortable. 3 full baths is an added bonus. Condo was clean (other than some sand on the master bedroom floor) and orderly. However, we discovered a broken lamp with sharp edges stored in the laundry closet and the garbage disposal did not work. The staff never responded to my email re: these issues. Easy check in/out. It’s a little bit of an inconvenience to have to purchase paper supplies, dishwashing soap and garbage bags. Not a big deal if you’re driving to the destination and can bring these with you. There was a starter pack of these items, so it depends how much you use the items... you may be able to get away with the starter pack. Overall I would stay here again. I would be better prepared net time for items I’d need for the week. The beach is gorgeous and the lazy river lots of fun. Must cross a very busy street to get to restaurants. This was anxiety provoking as a pedestrian.

My family absolutely loved the lazy river and water slide—they were perfect for our energetic boys, ages 5 and 7, who never wanted to stop playing.The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach was beautiful, and the security staff did an excellent job. The security guard was friendly, attentive, and wonderful with both the children and the adults, which made us feel safe and welcome throughout our visit.We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent 3 night stay, the property was very well kept and clean. Location was great, perfect views and the lazy river was a nice amenity that a number of other condo buildings do not have. Overall, highly recommend.

Room was very nice and very clean! Several of the appliances don't work but that isn't a major deal. View of the ocean and beach is wonderful!There isn't really a pool here, it is just a lazy river, which wasn't ideal for us, but would be great for someone with young kids.Check in process and parking are all very easy and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at Phoenix Orange Beach 2. This unit is very basic and is not stocked very well. Some of the pans have been damaged by the dishwasher and not replaced. The biggest disappointment was not being notified that the outside pool was closed for repairs while we were there. I know a lot of people with older kids were mad because they were not told about the closure prior to arrival.

Great Mothers Day present!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Condo was really clean and all the appliances worked perfectly! The pool and slide were amazing!Cons: Checkin is 4:30. That’s way too late in the day and really inconvenient. In the email there was a sentence that stated “do not call for an early check in” That’s rude and not very customer friendly at all. If the room is ready why not allow an early check in?!My second con concerns young children. I wish there had of been an adult height lock on the sliding doors that lead to the balcony. We were on the 22 floor and I was so nervous about my kids(5,3,2) going out there without supervision. Overall it was a good stay for a great price!!
