Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65ā€ flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have another 3br and 4br condo on this 5th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo and grounds were very comfortable and clean. Indoor and outdoor pool the kids loved. Beach a few steps away was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The location was perfect! My family enjoyed everything about this vacation other than the weather, but it was unseasonably cold for spring break for this area! We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back for sure!

Great Property!

We had a great time at Orange Beach. Location was wonderful. Having parking on level 5 was super convenient having kids with us. Love that the building had shopping carts for easy unloading. Elevators were fast. Indoor pool was great for the cool days.

Property was nice. Big rooms, nice kitchen, large balcony, nice pool, lazy river and water slide. Convenient to restaurants, grocery and activities. Easy to check in and check out. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Supplied bath towels were cheap, not nice like the condo is. Separate ice maker is great addition. Could use more small spoons and larger coffee cups. Supplied Kuerig is a one cup machine that is not nearly big enough...no water container. I was glad i brought my own from home. Impressed with speed of elevators. We rarely had to wait for one. Ample covered parking.

This property will certainly be my first choice everything was very clean we all had our own space I love the view I hate we planned so late so our stay was only two nights with everyoneā€™s schedule I just wanted a quick family getaway I am cold natured so I temp wouldnā€™t go above 68 I will pack a robe certainly but there were tons of throws and blankets so I donā€™t have a compliant

Beautiful condo!! Perfect for us!

This unit is beautiful & was perfect for our family! This is our second time staying at the Phoenix OB2 location & this unit checked off all our boxes! Beautiful decorated, beds & pillows were SO comfortable, convenient location, lower level with parking on our floor, tile floors in all rooms, big balcony with seating for all & an amazing view!! Weā€™ve been coming to OB for about 15 years and we are pretty picky, we will definitely be back!! We had 7 days of paradise with our son, daughter & son in law & our one year old granddaughter! Thank you!!!

It felt like we had the place to ourselves until Dec. 26 when more guests started to arrive. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. I loved the gym with multiple machines and weights to choose from, not to mention the huge window with a view of the beach/ocean. The unit was clean and cozy. The only thing I didnā€™t love was the windows in each bedroom that looked out into the hallways of the condo. They were covered with wooden blinds, but Iā€™ve never seen that before. It let in unwanted light when you tried to sleep and it was loud when people were in the hallways, but that is not the fault of anyone in particular. Overall it was a great stay!

Thanksgiving holiday 2023

I sent this earlier today as a response to the text message I received yesterday: Good morning! 1. I never got a check-in email, I checked spam folder. 2. I did not have a door code until calling for the first time and then three more times after that. 3. Also I spend 30 minutes between two phone calls trying to get a WiFi password. 4. There were no linens to use on the sofa bed (11 guests) and no pillow cases for the 6-9 extra pillows in the closets. We enjoyed our stay, just letting you know there was a few hiccups that could have easily been resolved ahead of our arrival.

Dirty room with no response from rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we walked in it smelled like someone can just cooked hamburgers in the room and the floor made our socks and feet black after just unpacking. Later that night we saw a roach in the room. I received a text from the property management that night asking how the stay was and requesting us to reach out if there were any issues. So I texted the number back and got no response. I also sent an email to the company with no response at all. The actual resort itself is nice but I wouldnā€™t suggest renting this room or from this rental company. There were stains on the bed spreads and the couches, the rooms didnā€™t seem to be cleaned at all, and the floors were disgusting. The rental company could have at least contacted me back to address the concerns. Very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 11 nights and absolutely loved it. The property is just a short wall down the boardwalk to the beach. The lazy river and indoor pool was a hit with the kiddos. We walked across the street to Zekes and Shrimp Basket for a couple dinners. We also had Daisy's Donuts a couple mornings. It was in an awesome central location for everything. We would definitely stay here again. Another bonus was the additional ice maker, that thing is a life saver for cold drinks in the cooler! Overall we had a wonderful time with 6 adults and 4 children and we each had our own space. Thanks for a great stay!

Reviewer Comments: This is one of the newer Phoenix properties on the OBA gulf side.The condo itself was nice, but needs a better cleaning (especially the patio furniture) and needs a new living room couch & table.Overall, we enjoyed the condo.Both the ice maker and water/ice dispenser on the frig were in need of a deep cleaning.The front desk is managed by Brett-Robinson, so if you do not rent through them, they are virtually worthless in regards to assistance or help with your condo.

We were able to get a good spot on the beach even when going out a little later in the day. Weekends got more crowded. The furnishings in our unit were comfortable and clean.
