With quick access to Brady St, the beach, and Downtown Milwaukee, this luxury home is ideally located for first-timers discovering the city and for regular visitors who want the easiest access to all of their favorite spots.
This one bedroom home features a full kitchen with bar seating, spacious living room, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony.
Sleeping arrangements: The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet.
Amenities: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, kitchen island with bar stool seating, smart TV with Chromecast, private balcony, in-unit laundry, Keurig coffee maker, resident lounge and game room, 24-hour fitness center with Peloton bikes and yoga studio, conference room, outdoor grilling area, and Tide dry cleaning lockers.
Location: - 1 block to Brady St - 5 minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary`s hospital - Walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants
Parking: - Reserved parking is not included in this listing - Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood - Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for `Milwaukee night parking permission` and choose the first result - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration - The ParqEx app may have paid parking spaces available in the building. For more info, use their app to search for 1611 N Arlington which is the rear/garage side of the building
House Rules: 1. Ages 21+ to book. 2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. 3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. 4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). 5. Quiet time after 10pm. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions. *Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
Early check-in: - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee - Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in - All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Amazing location
We stayed for a convention downtown and this was an awesome location to walk to many bars and restaurants! We chose to Uber once parked and it was $8 per trip not bad! Would definitely stay again!

Great Pied a Terre on Eastside
Super place. Very convenient to downtown and lake. Newer building with nice amenities. Very secure. Never had trouble finding parking on the street. You do have to call to get permit though and only allowed three nights. Owner very responsive. Will definitely book again.

Amazing!!!!
This was way better than a hotel. It was like living in a new apartment. Location was awesome and you can walk to everything you would need. Love it and have already booked a return trip in a few months.
