There are 3 stories, each with bedrooms. A 4 bedroom townhouse is a rare find! The lowest level has a king bedroom, full bath, and a living area with couch, 2 chairs, and Direct TV. The main level has a king bedroom, en suite full bath, queen bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living room with Direct TV and a couch and 2 chairs. The upper floor has 3 queen lofted beds, an en suite full bath, and a living area with large sectional sofa and Direct TV. All bedrooms have smart tv's (except upper floor, which has Direct TV).

There is a hot tub outside the main level master. There is a porch off the main level living room with sliding glass doors, chairs, and a gas grill. The dining table extends to seat 8-10 people and there are 6 stools at the large kitchen counter top.

Beautifully appointed

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was well appointed. We travelled with our 5 adult children and significant others and it was the perfect size. Location to Park City and Canyons ski area was ideal.

Great Family Get-together

Amazing, very comfortable, clean property with everything you need to have a wonderful time together with friends/family. Lots of space, beautiful views and a great location to get anywhere in the Park City area.

Perfect for families!

This condo has plenty of space for large families. The space is cute and functional and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Fabulous!

This property was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family! Gorgeous interior, plenty of space for the littles to play and the adults to relax! Host was fantastic, prompt and kind. We would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay! House was wonderfully appointed, everything was exactly as described, and the owner was very communicative. The kids loved the bunk room!! Would highly recommend this property!

Great bunkroom and overall space

The home is laid out well. Multiple areas for gathering as a group as well as separated areas for privacy. Nice mountain views. The house had all nice touches we needed and the bunk room is a kids dream. Great proximity to grocery, shopping, activities and Main Street.

Great townhome!

Very clean and well stocked. Great communication with the owner, the townhome had everything we needed. Property manager responded quickly and took care of any concerns. A little farther away than I anticipated, but very easy drive. The beds were VERY firm, but a comfortable stay for our adult family of 5.

Great place near Park City!

This townhome was beautiful and the location was great! Communication with the host was also easy and fast. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my sister’s surprise proposal. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Park City!!

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay! Home was clean and beautiful! Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great! We came with family for a ski vacation and this is located so close to park city. Owner responded quickly if needed. All in all 5 stars all the way. Will come back for sure!

Safe, clean, updated, comfortable!!!!

If you have an irresponsible bone in your body, don't rent this and ruin it for the rest of us! It's a lovely well kept, updated home. The hosts were great to work with, and they have thought of every contingency and comfort for guests. Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to Park City.

New Years week

The unit was as advertised. Plenty of space and constant communication with the owner. We had a ton of snow the week we were there, but the HOA did a nice job clearing the streets. The drive didn’t get plowed until our last day, but again, there was a crazy amount of snow. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, clean and bright - cozy fun in PC

Booking could not have been easier and the host, Raime, was so accommodating and helpful. She had everything perfect for us and the place was spotless. Everything is very new looking and bright. Beds and furniture all very comfy. The location was great, while not at a mountain, all the PC ski spots were an easy drive and park. Also, main street PC was about a 15 min drive, but easy. The skiing was great, we went to Deer Valley. What a gorgeous area! We will def go back and spend more time there, and if possible stay at this place, we loved it!

Comfortable and perfectly situated in Summit County

My family with young kids stayed at Raine’s place for a month this summer. Although just outside Park City proper, it’s well situated with easy access to the highways. Although we are in Park City daily, we appreciated the easy access to SLC, Heber and Midway. The unit is modern and spotless and well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels and toys for the kids. My kids loved the bunk room and the old school Nintendo. We also appreciated the garage for easy access to the unit in all weather. Raine was a gracious and very responsive host. We look forward to staying again!

Family Reunion

Great stay, wonderful host. Well appointed kitchen for our group of 12. House has lots of common areas and 4 baths which was vital for our group. Laundry facilities great perk as well. House was cozy- games to play. Quite neighborhood. The garage heater was off during our stay which left our boots and ski equipment quite chilly- you are asked to keep In garage. Would love for them to use temp Code on the garage key pad to facilitate access for the group while there. You have one clicker mad key codes to front door for three people. Very enjoyable stay and highly recommend. Access to slopes with shuttle easy.

Wonderful Thownhome

We loved staying at this property. They made sure that guests of any age feel welcome and comfortable, which we certainly did! Our kids had a blast in the bunk room. There were toys and games for all to enjoy and the bunks became their own little oasis when resting or sleeping. The living area were where we spent most of our time is bright with beautiful views including a walk out patio. The kitchen was big with Viking appliances for when we decided to stay in and cook. It was was well stocked and we were easily able to find everything. The owner and property manager were a delight to work with. Some of the fastest response times we have received with VRBO. This house truly fits any and all types of groups. It’s a great location and the attention to detail makes you feel at home! Don’t miss out. It’s one of the best experiences we’ve had so far and can’t wait to do it again. We will be back!

The perfect house for a cozy family vacation in the mountains

Our family of 8 had an amazing time in this townhouse. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood yet only a short distance to ski resorts (12-15 min drive) and/or anything else you need for a perfect vacation. The house is big and welcoming and fully equipped with whatever you need. The feeling of dipping into your private hot tub after a long skiing day is just priceless! All rooms were nice and private, but the bunk room was the greatest hit with our teenager kids. A big room with 3 large comfortable beds and their own living room with big screen. They couldn’t ask for anything more.... The host is very welcoming and communicative and answered all questions super-fast. We sure felt they care about our stay and tried to make it as fun and easy as possible. It was highly appreciated. Thank you for that! We definitely hope to come back and highly recommend this house and host.

Memorable Park City Stay

We stay in Park City each year and this such a great home! There was plenty of space for our 3 kids and they loved the bunk beds! The owner was attentive to every detail and the cleanliness was beyond other VRBOs we have used in the past. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was a hit, and the price and location were perfect.

We have owned a home in Park City for over 10 years but this is our first home there to share on VRBO. We have another VRBO-listed home in Maine which is rented throughout the year and has all 5-star ratings. We are excited to be able to share our new Utah home, which we use ourselves, with guests. The townhouse was previously rented through a large rental pool with the prior owners. We have added our own touches to the home and know it will be a great space for making family and friend group memories in both summer and winter.

The large open spaces make it perfect for varying groups of all ages. Let the little ones hang out in the bunk room upstairs, the teens in the lower level living area and the adults on the main floor.
Black Rock Ridge is centrally located with great access to boating, hiking, skiing, sledding, etc.

Our home has no pull-out couches or sofa couches. All sleeping accommodations are in beds: 4 queens, 2 kings. We do ask that the maximum number of guests is 12.
Heated garage with lots of ski and snowboard racks.
Parking for at least 1 car in garage (depending on whether our car is there).

Fully stocked kitchen.
