Barrier Dunes is a gated community located next to St. Joseph State Park, a 2000-acre park with boat landing. There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads.

SEALOFT has recently been upgraded with a new screened in, carpeted porch with electric heater, fans and patio lights off the living room level. Perfect for enjoying all year! Bonus - there's also a door that opens just for feeding the turtles!

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.


50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
