Location! Location! Enjoy the privacy of this unique location but you are less than 2 minutes to the beach! 2 BR / 2.5 bath, this property has everything to make your vacation perfect! The ground level has an long driveway with outside storage, trash container, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold running water, extended decking with bench that overlooks pond. Beautiful view and you can just sit and read or cast a "line" into the pond! The trash receptacle is also located on this level. The outside storage contains beach chairs and toys for our guests to enjoy!

As you enter into the townhome, the foyer is tiled and stairs leads to the first level. As you enter the living area, there is a 65" tv, two plantation style chairs w/ottomans, sleeper sofa, side tables, with inviting décor. The slider opens onto a private deck with back stairs that lead downstairs to the ground level. There is also a gate at the top of the stairs. The back deck has a gas grill and seating to enjoy the tranquil pond view.

The dining area has a round table with oversized chairs, seats 4, chandelier w/dimmer lighting, the bar has additional seating.

The kitchen is well stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator w/ice maker and pantry. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, bake ware, dinnerware, plastic ware, pitchers. For your convenience there is a half bath on this level!

The second level has two bedrooms and laundry. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55” mounted smart TV, two side tables w/lamps, full size closet, and a chest of drawers. There is a private bath w/tub/shower enclosure. The private deck has a gorgeous gulf view with lots of sun! The laundry is located on this floor with a full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with flat screen tv, nightstands, full size closet and small chest of drawers. There is a private outside deck to enjoy the pond and sun with a totally private setting. Two large resin chaise lounges are provided for your convenience.

All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Also, there is starter of dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. We also provide beach chairs and some beach toys for you to enjoy the beach! We want your stay At The Yacht Club to be the best!

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
