Relaxation awaits at “Tims Ford Bliss” offering accommodations for up to 8 guests, in this beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, 2,100 sqft home, boasting an open living /dining floor plan, with fully equipped kitchen, hardwoods, and tile floors throughout (no carpet), impressive vaulted wood ceiling with generous windows to soak in the spectacular lake views!

Sleep peacefully on our incredibly comfortable mattresses and bedding for some “No Wake Zone” time. The two spacious decks on each floor are ideal gathering spots with stunning views, which will be the first place to check out and the last place you'll want to leave!

THE SPACE
Main Living - great room with living, kitchen, dining, vaulted ceiling, fireplace, lots of windows, natural light, and glorious lake views. Come relax, socialize, play games or watch the 65” smart TV w/ apps to stream movies & shows w/ our high-speed internet.

Kitchen – quartz countertops with bar top seating, designer lighting, and fully stocked to prepare an amazing meal or five o'clock happy hour. Bring your favorite ingredients to enjoy cooking & entertaining your family and friends. Includes refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker / keurig, blender, utensils, plates, knives, cups, cookware and bakeware, etc.

Main Porch - expansive open and covered deck with sectional lounge seating, propane grill, propane fire table, dining table, chairs and fantastic lake views! Enjoy coffee at daybreak, lake gaze at lunch, sunset dinners, and drinks under the stars!

Master & Guest Bedrooms - on main is the private master bedroom with queen bed, full closet, smart TV, desk/workspace with chair, adjacent to the full bathroom. 2nd guestroom features a queen bed, closet, smart TV and is also adjacent to the full bathroom.

Second Level - unwind and have fun in the media/game room downstairs w/ smart TV, mini bar, bartop, stools and large super comfy couch. Bring some games or enjoy ours, watch a movie & hangout. 3rd and 4th queen bedrooms feature TVs, dressers & share a full bathroom w/ shower tub combo, large counter space, closets and adjacent laundry room w/ washer & dryer.

Downstairs Patio - has a private entrance with table and custom wood rocking chairs to take in the breath-taking lake views and wildlife. Collect some firewood and cozy up next to the fire pit with bench seating, great for making smores & lake memories together!

Our guests love the 2-level floor plan, which is great for parents to enjoy some adult time upstairs and kids play time downstairs.

Centrally located on Tims Ford Lake with 3 marinas nearby for gas, food, supplies, live music, boat launch and rentals. Tims Ford Marina…Twin Creeks Marina, the newest with a great atmosphere, restaurant, bar & pontoon rentals. Holiday Marina w/ fuel, Blue Gill Grill seasonal restaurant.

BOAT LAUNCH & DOCK
Guests can bring their own boat & tie up to the side of our flat roof dock (not in the slip) located on the left of the diveway , or rent a boat from a marina with nearby boat launches at Tim's Ford Marina (10 mins) or Devil's Step (12 mins). Tims Ford Lake water levels are controlled, our dock in the summer depths range 6-14’ & winter (Nov-Mar) our dock may be on the dry beach. Regardless of the season, “Dock Life” is a favorite guest hangout to take in the magnificent lake views, uplifting coffee sunrise, day time water sports, and a wine down sunset!

COVID-19 SANITATION
For the health, safety, and well being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

NOTES:
This property does not come with a boat or any watercraft, toys, activities.
The private dock slip is for the owners use only. Guests are permitted to tie their boat up to the left side of the dock during their stay. Please note the home sits on the hillside and has a nice concrete driveway (no stairs) you can drive or walk with significant decline to the lake and incline up to the house. No pets or smoking permitted, no falsified reservations - all are strictly enforced.

MANAGEMENT
This is not a “company managed” vacation rental like most of them are on Tims Ford Lake. This is our family's home and we have a full time dedicated, super friendly and helpful property manager available to you directly by cell and in person. Our lake cottage is full of charm, clean (no shoes inside), well maintained, and lovingly care for with special attention to the details for our guests enjoyment.
