THE MOST ACCOMODATING UNIT FOR GREAT VACATIONS! BUILDING ONE, THIRD FLOOR! Welcome to our "Peach at the Beach" at St. Regis Resort, Unit 1310. St Regis Resort is a family-friendly facility located on a beautiful 26-mile-long barrier island. The facility is located at 2000 New River Inlet River Road, North Topsail Beach. Our unit is a pet and smoke free vacation rental with ocean, sound, and sunset views.

The floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top stove/oven (NO STEAMER POTS ALLOWED), microwave, coffee maker/Keurig combo, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a special land or sea feast and overlooks a glass topped bar height dining table with seating for six.

The living room includes a NEW 65 INCH flat screen TV and soundbar, DVD player and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open to the balcony with four bar height Adirondack chairs and two side tables overlooking the Atlantic and North Topsail Beach.

The unit has two large bedrooms. The master includes a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV and full master ensuite. The second bedroom includes one queen size and one twin size bed, mounted flat screen TV and DVD player and balcony access. Across the hall is an additional full bathroom. Linens are provided. If you wish to provide your own linens, please advise the host at the time of your booking.

A washer and dryer are located across from the kitchen and the following items are provided to help you jump start your vacation: Dishwasher pods (2), laundry pods (2), soap in each bathroom, bath tissue (1 roll each bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), trash bags (2), dish detergent (1). Flush ONLY toilet paper in toilets. DO NOT FLUSH SAND, BABY WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, FEMININE PRODUCTS, etc.

The ocean is calling! We invite you to come and enjoy our unit, St. Regis, and the beautiful Topsail Island community. Make your reservations sooner than later. We would appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family as you create lasting memories together.

Registered guests will receive a copy of our Welcome Binder from VRBO approximately 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. In the meantime, we are here to answer any questions you may have about your upcoming stay with us!

Cleaning Fee $120.00 per stay.

Arrival/Departure Fees based on availability - please inquire with Host:

Early Arrival Fee $50 between noon and 2:00pm
Late Departure Fee $50 by noon

Leave the sand on the beach! The cleaning crew WILL charge extra fees for excessive sandy floors, etc. in the condo unit and those fees will be passed along to the guests.

We had a wonderful stay we were there for a month. The host was very attentive to our requests and kept us informed of issues that arose. The unit was great. Have stayed at st Regis many times Will certainly try staying in this unit and with this host again. Was my best stay at St Regis would highly recommend Steve

Cozy Beach Condo

The condo was cozy, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The space was clean and well-kept, and communication with the host was outstandingā€”friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. One small thing to keep in mind: beach towels were not provided. In the past, other beach properties weā€™ve stayed at included them, so I forgot to pack our own. It wasnā€™t a big deal, thoughā€”I just ran to the store and picked some up.We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, Aarrr Pirate Bar and Grill, located in Building One. It was super convenient, and we ended up having dinner there three nights during our stay. The staff was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the coffee shop, Coffee Joy, in Building Two. The area overall was quiet and peaceful, and having the beach just steps away was the cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed

Everything we needed was right there! Condo had a box fan, pool noodles, basic cleaning supplies, hand soap at the sinks, ice packs in the freezer, etc. The view was terrific, easy access to beach, especially enjoyed the covered outdoor pool to escape the sun. Breakfast at the outdoor pool was great, we loved the burgers, wings, and Carolina bbq samich at the Aarr bar, and got ice cream cones every night from the ice cream and coffee shop on the resort. Arcade was fun, with a pool table, air hockey, and we won a stuffie from the claw machine!Overall, a laid back family resort with plenty to do, and this unit was really clean and felt updated with nice quality bedding and appliances. There is cable TV, too!

My husband stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding on the beach. The wedding was suppose to be on the beach; however, the tides were high and very windy. There was an immediate alternative put in place for the wedding to be inside. The resort staff was awesome, the wedding was gorgeous and this Ocean Front 2BR and 2BA was fabulous. The view breath taking . Thank you for sharing your property with us. There is a restaurant on the property that made you feel like you were home.

The condo is beautiful, and the view off the porch was amazing. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi. It was very slow making it hard to do work that we needed to get done

Perfect place to stay, can't get over the views and location!

Wonderful place to stay for a family. The location is outstanding, so close to the beach. A great condo with everything you need, comfortable and felt so relaxed here. We even got to watch a beach wedding after the storm from our balcony! Thank you for allowing us to stay!
