Thank you for your review, Steve. I would like to clarify a couple of the things you mentioned. 1. The HOA only gives us two guests key fobs. If they are misplaced the next guest has no key fob until the HOA office opens on Monday and they $50 each to replace them. 2. The ad on VRBO clearly stated linens are not provided for a stay less than 7 days. I gave you the linen package at my cost as a courtesy. 3. The VRBO ad also states that paper products are not guaranteed to be present. We try to keep the price affordable for families on a limited budget. I could provide paper products but that would be an added cost to the tenant. Just a reminder this is a privately owned fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the beach and not a 1 bed hotel room with daily maid service. Thanks again for choosing our condo for your stay. I feel I need to respond to your unfair three star review. I am sorry but I do take it personal. This is my business and I try to accommodate families and make our home affordable for families that want to stay at the beach. You state this is not what you expect for the price! You paid $125 per night for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer per night with great ocean and pool view. As far as the toilet issue. If you recall in the checkin info I sent you it specifically states that if you are not happy with cleaning issues please call me or Debbie and we will make it right. I checked with Debbie and neither of us were notified. Paper products are not guaranteed as stated in the ad on VRBO. Most bring their own or buy them when they purchase groceries. You did text me about the fire alarm in our building. I immediately called the HOA Office. They said it was a building issue and a malfunction in the system. I text you back immediately to let you know it was not an emergency situation. I can’t control what happens in our building. I can only respond to issues in our condo and only when I am informed. I do hope your next stay goes much better in another condo.
