Nice Klaussen Sleeper sofa, New HVAC. Completely Renovated Kitchen! All New Cabinets, Granite counter-tops, stainless steel under-mount sink, Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave. Brand New Mattress in the bedroom. Completely updated Bathroom with subway tile, new tub, new vanity, flooring and mirror.

Come visit our comfortable, tastefully furnished condotel by the sea!

Located in the Front Beach (Downtown) district of Isle of Palms, 1/2 block from the beach and right in the middle of all the fun. Walk to all Front Beach restaurants and bars including the Barefoot Bistro, Paname French coffee shop, fresh croissants daily and the world-famous Windjammer to play volleyball, grab a beer and listen to live music. Our unit has an 'ocean peak' with a sliver of a view of the beach/ocean through two oceanfront condos. Guests can enjoy the condo pool and plenty of free on-site parking.

Our unit sleeps 2-4 people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room is equipped with new Klaussner sleeper sofa bed that has a super cushy memory foam mattress as well as two swivel leather chairs. The unit has all new flooring in the bedroom and ceramic tile throughout.

As a bonus, this unit has a great front deck that seats 2, perfect for enjoying a margarita or reading a great book. A peak of the ocean too!

Isle of Palms offers the best beach in the Charleston area - great for swimming, surfing or long beach walks. If boating is your thing, head to the Isle of Palms Marina to launch your boat or rent one. Looking to get in a few rounds of golf?

The highly-rated Wild Dunes Ocean and Harbor courses are located on the North end of the island - 3 minutes by car.

Historic Charleston and Sullivan's Island are both a short drive away and offer historic forts, museums, fantastic restaurants and shopping, shopping, shopping!

Well appointed one bedroom. Small but perfect for a couple getaway. Everything has been updated and was very clean. Deck with chairs has a pleasant view and made for enjoyable people watching. The pool and overall property have been well maintained.

Loved our stay!

Perfect little condo for my husband and I for our week on the Isle. Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants and just 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice for a dip after being in the hot sun all day. Having beach chairs provided was a very nice amenity.

Perfect spot to extend beach vacation

My aunt and I wanted to extend our stay in the area, and this place was perfect for us! Do close to all the great eateries, shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Property- Awesome Property manager

Booked the condo for my husband and 13 year old son for a baseball tournament they had at “The Shipyard” It was a great location- close distance (20ish mins) to the fields and close to all the local fun! Perfect for them and they enjoyed their stay. Property manager was helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach stay

This condo was perfect for my short trip. It is close to the pool, beach and walking distance to just about anything you need. I loved the beach chairs they provided, I was happy to be able to utilize everyday. The pool was nice and well maintained. The condo itself had everything I needed and the bed was comfy. This unit is located on the ground floor, so you may have someone renting above and you will definitely hear them if they are not quite, just something to be aware of and that is completely out of the owners control. If I’m ever back for another short trip I would rent this condo again.

Clean but tiny

The property was clean, but a little small. Bed was unbelievably comfortable and my kids said the pull out sofa was as well. The only suggestion is to bring sheets for the sofa and towels for showers. We had a family of 4 for 3 nights and were only given 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel.

Great place!

Loved it here! Property manager was friendly, and we were provided with everything we needed! Plenty of towels and washcloths, and even beach chairs! Highly recommend!

Isle of Palms condo

This was our second year in a row staying here. It’s very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The condo is close to the beach, with very easy access to it. I’m sure we’ll be back!

R & R following surgeries

Absolutely fabulous condo. Everything we needed was furnished. Spotless, comfortable, and convenient to town, beach, and restaurants. Beautiful decor. We could have stayed for a month if time had allowed. We may do that this winter if available. Owners are wonderful. I'm recuperating from two surgeries--one major--in less than 5 weeks apart. It was perfect for me.

Comfy little getaway close to the beach

We were in town for a wedding at Wild Dunes which was an easy 10 minute drive. The condo was comfortable and clean. It has everything we needed. We enjoyed spending some time at the pool as well. It is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The code to enter was incorrect in the initial communication but I was able to call Ann quickly with the VRBO app. She answered the call immediately and got us straightened out. We were a little early and she let us go in and grab the parking pass while the place was being cleaned so we could go enjoy a walk on the beach.

Isle of palms condo

The check in process was terrible. The code to enter the condo that was on the confirmation, did not work . There was no phone number to contact locally. At the bottom of my reservation in very small type was a name. After one hour I was able to google that name locally, left a message, was finally contacted by owner and given entirely different from code on confirmation. Really terrible when you are tired from a 3-1/2 hour drive,have to be somewhere in a couple of hours, and can’t get in the condo. Everything was clean and fine.

Coastal Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner provided a list of all types of restaurants and activities which helped us decide where to eat. Sea Biscuit was amazing for breakfast and less than a block away. We highly recommend this condo. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable for two people!! We would definitely stay there again.

This condo on Isle of Palms is perfect for anyone visiting the Isle of Palms and the Charleston area as a whole. We bought the property and since we have owned it the entire condo has been redone. Most recently the kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, all new appliances, and granite countertops. The bathroom was totally gutted and redone. The tub is all ceramic tile to the ceiling and the floors are ceramic tile too. The bedroom has all new furniture and new flooring. The entire condo is ceramic tile throughout and all new fixtures. If you are coming on vacation this is the perfect spot. In the condo complex it's in "Ocean Inn" - some folks say ours is the nicest unit in both buildings. Come stay with us you will love it!!

Talk about Island benefits. From this condo you can not only walk to the beach 1/2 block, multiple restaurants and shops but the Isle of Palms Marina is 2 miles away. From the Marina you can have lunch, rent a boat, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, or go on a parasailing or fishing adventure. On top of that the condo is a 20 minute ride to Downtown Charleston ranked the #1 City in the country and the world in many years running. Huge bonus for anyone coming to visit. There are over 2000 Antebellum homes downtown Charleston, too many restaurants to count, historic carriage tours, walking tours, ghost tours, minor league baseball "Riverdogs" co-owned by Bill Murray, Waterfront park all along Charleston Harbor. Be sure to come for enough time to get a great taste of the Charleston area. Can't wait to have you stay.
