AC & Heat provided by a spilt unit. Overhead Fan & Air Circulation Tower also provided for additional comfort. Guests are generally self-sufficient although help is available via text if needed.

(For additional context): The convection oven is twice as large as the microwave oven that is pictured in the listing description and much larger than the standard-sized toaster oven provided.
BATH:
Features a marble sink basin and vanity mirror with plenty of room for storing toiletries. The entire apt. has been remodeled but the shower has not. It does however, work extremely well despite the lack of luster! Natural soaps & toiletries provided.
